    Thank you! I'm a book editor, and I just finished a rush deadline that required an all-nighter and 30+ hours at my computer. I began a different yoga sequence this morning, but quickly I realized my back was like a big chunk of painful concrete. I switched to this video, and I feel great! Thank you again!

    This routine is more for shoulder and upper back pain. For lower back pain, PMS, etc I recommend Cole Chance's back pain relief yoga sequences, most of these focus more on lower back and hips.

    Love the videos did two of them with my mom outdoors in our backyard and I can totally see her more relaxed as well as myself. I normally do stretching and tae kwon do but yoga is definitely apart of my lifestyle now. Thank you so much.

    Another great yoga practice with Jen. I really like to follow her classes because she makes you let go of all the rush of everyday life for a moment, finding peace, she explains all very well and hearing her voice already calms me. To me she is the best teacher!

    I suffer from osteoarthritis in my lower spine and after doing this, I felt AMAZING! The hip stretches really helped to relieve tension. Thank you so much; I have favourited this video along with some of your other fantastic videos. You really are the best Jen :-)

    Hey there Jen, love your Videos. Have a favour, two of them really? Would you consider making a Yoga Video for practising after a Cardio Work out? for a wind down and stretch (just for beginners though) This is my 3rd Month into my journey. Also my sister was Diagnosed with MS i really want her to watch your videos however is there a way you can implement your practice for "Special Health" related practices, in this case people with MS? Thank for your time and consideration.

    Jen I follow your exercise daily especially for back and leg pain. It works for sometime and reoccur. please advice me some more remedy as I am a working woman and want to be active. thanx

    Hi Jen,
    I’ve been having a problem with knees, when I bend them Indian style they hurt. I’ve been to dr. He said there fine. Any suggestions?

    Why are there commercials in the middle of the videos now ?! It started yesterday... I watch Jen everyday for my daily practice. And the loud commercials scared me each time. :/

    Having a commercial in the middle of a yoga session is a terrible idea - please remove it if possible. Apart from that, I appreciate your videos.

      Firefox has programs you can download that take all the commercials off youtube :)
