Very inspiring lecture by Swamiji.The great saints like Shree Ramana Maharshi and Shree Kripalu ji Maharaj have the highest lable of Sakhi bhav. How much pure awareness they had! They had utmost control over their thoughts, senses and emotions. It is very difficult in our part to tolerate when there is one small cut or one hard word from a person . So every moment we will have to observe our thoughts and actions without any attachment and distractions. Sincere practice is the only way to make a habit.
Pranaams Swamiji, thanks for this video. It is great to witness the negative emotions and and not being involved or affected by it, if we develop this attitude. This ensures/ helps quick resilience and balance.

Ramana Maharshi was in a state of witness consciousness and the doctors were unable to sedate him even after four anesthesia injections.
Episode 3: Saakshi Bhaav or the witness consciousness is one good practice to navigate through negative thoughts. When mind start negative thinking if we distant ourselves from those thoughts just by witnessing them then we can be at peaceful. Witness Consciousness in its diluted form is called the mindfulness.
