Episode 13: Practice is very important aspect of acquiring any new skill. There is finding which states that neurons that fire together will wire together. Hence mastery over any skill or subject nothing more than the continuous practice. There are 3 steps in any learings.
i> Conscious incomitance - Where we are putting our whole consciousness but are not competent like the first day of learning driving
ii> Conscious competence - Where we are conscious and also good at the skills.
iii> Unconscious competence - Where we do not need to be completely conscious at the task but still are very competent at it.
    - Practice is the mother of all deeds

Neurons that wire together, fire together, i.e., activity in one neuron, facilitates activity in another neuron, increasing competence when practiced repeatedly. That’s how learning takes place. Even forgotten skills can very easily be regained with little practice due to previous neural connections. Thank you, Swamiji, for this very powerful and inspiring message.

Our brain has an incredible capacity to change and adapt in response to our life experiences. Scientists refers to this as 'neuroplasticity'. The great thing about the brain's neuroplasticity is that it continues throughout life. This means that, no matter how old we are, we retain the ability to learn. Let us feel grateful to God for this wonderful gift that He has given to us humans and utilize its immense power to serve God for His pleasure.🙏🙏🙏
