- This was a SCARY one for the driver, with an incredible lucky escape! Working too hard at 3am and BOOM away the machine went!
After some backwards and forth throughout the day the customers gave in and said GDB come and get this sorted.

As a heavy plant fitter, don't hate me... but get bigger kit if you want to play with the big boys. I appreciate your work in Stafford though as people can't drive... (I have a 4x4 and a hgv license) a 32t double drive with a big winch would of made light work of that job.. but it is operator error on this one boom far too high and not quick enough with the slew

Nice use of local resources for tethering the Merc and stopping it from sliding towards the JCB. I recall another channel recovery guy saying 'small moves' and you definitely did a few of those here to wiggle this one free. Well done Mr GDB.

I never seen anyone use a snatch on a sling off their truck before. That setup with two snatch blocks was pretty cool. I've winched lots of heavy stuff but usually single lined it or doubled with one snatch block. That was with a 40t wrecker though, it's more of a challenge with a lighter wrecker/winch with less mass to anchor the wrecker. Even with a bigger wrecker you'd just sink trying to drive in there so a smaller truck was ideal for this one. Good job!
Yo Yoo issue i had was not having enough cable left on the drum really. Stay tuned for the replacement chassis! Big upgrades 💥

Not an easy one by no means. Especially when the tracks are designed to dig in. For stability not roll. Perseverance certainly pays off

Hello Hello! This one from start to finish setting up and packing away blah blah good few hours id say! Job was charged with 2 hours included and we were about bang on. 💥

20years driving excavators and heavy plant! How they couldn’t of got that out with the dumper and using the bucket, the driver is obviously a 🤡 i know ground is soft but could of got that out easy man!
