@@rascoehunter3608He actually said "An honor, truly.". Guessing what ever Mike uses to generate the subtitles misheard it and he overlooked it, either accidentally or purposely because it's funny, in his final pass while editing.
@@SkanGavin I rewatched that part I hear "it's an honor truly" now. My best guess is that voice actor's accent probably confused the software. Which does happen for some people who have thick accents.
The dialogue mod ruining the weapon selection minigame is pretty funny.
Yeah, that's a Problem and a half. Atleast it doesn't break the Game completely tho!

Personally i don't even care because at that point in the game chances are you already have better gear so you don't lose much if anything at all and it's just funny.
It would have been fun if they had done the selection thing for the vertibird and Zach got the one with the cherry instead of the one he wanted.
The mod conflict of the dialogue interface and the gear selection made this more like a legitimate military experience. Remember, War Never Changes (insert dramatic soundtrack)!
Zach is multiple ranks above Mike now and could promote him for all the work he knows he's done, but doesn't, and that's funny

@@mikeburnfire you are the head of the enclaves 'e4 mafia' you dont wanna be promoted. if anything your official title is"adjutant/assigned assistant" (or "bagsman" in the uk) under officer hazard think bauldrick and blackadder in blackadder goes fourth. or jurgen and caiphas cain in warhammer40k. So you get all the perks he does all the work. you just do the dirty work a officer like zack cant be seen doing. and he pulls rank to keep you out the stockade. its the military cycle of life

I never thought about it before Kane showing up, but couldn't you detect a synth with a normal x-ray or an MRI? An x-ray would reveal any metal in their body, no matter how deep in the brain is it, and an MRI would rip the robobits through their brain and you could probably turn it off before the components rip out of the skull and destroy the MRI.
The circuitry in question is made of plastic, if we go by the scrapping of the implants. I imagine it is probably some sort of bioplastic, likely degradable and less prone to being rejected by the human metabolism. Carbon-laced plastics can be electrically conductive, and this seems, to me, that it is something like a fiber network that imitates and blends into the neurons, plus a "core" that likely contains the Institute programming.
(I likely thought about this more than Emil himself, btw)
the only way to identify a synth without killing them or knowing their shutdown code is to lock them up for years at a time. These bastards do not age.
@@brunokopte1347 MRI could still detect abnormalities if they are so obvious during an autopsy. The real question is whether MRIs exist in the fallout universe
Yeah, probably. However, only two people and one group(two, with this mod) in the entire commonwealth have actual trained doctors who would know what an X-ray or an MRI is.
The people being the lore player character as pre-war, Wherever Dr Amari is from, The Institute and in this mod, the Enclave. And the Institute doesn't really have a reason to go about talking about how a simple X-ray or more complicated, but still accessible MRI can easily detect a synth.
The Brotherhood isn't in that list anymore in FO4, as evidenced by the "physical" they give you.
@@Pro_Triforceraccording to Wikipedia the first commercial MRI machine was in 1980, so its not impossible for them to exist in Fallout but given the stagnation/slow progress of electronics past the bulky stuff I wouldn’t count on it.

The senator sounds more trans atlantic than english. Also I think his design they may be based off of American political commentator Willam Buckley who was famous for his distinct trans atlantic accent.

Us brits and you Americans have been close allies for a long time, like genuinely a long time as we are now 2 peas in a pod.
Obviously fallout is a alternate timeline, where the cold war kept going but was with China and communism in general.
Now.
One can assume that the UK and US in fallout were still close allies so...
The enclave could have a alliance with the British equivalent of the enclave.
And those people after a while merged into the enclave and that senator was chosen to be the next one due to the previous ones death.
HOWEVER.
I'm calling it now.
They aren't the real government.
They are synths just like the generals daughter.
Its all a ploy to infiltrate the oil rig and destroy the enclave before they destroy the institute.
Say hello to Quartermaster Barratt! Initially she'll only really have the few Spare Items that the Enclave either has too much of or doesn't really need, but you should check her Wares from Time to Time, you'll never know when something New (as in Mods) pops in.
But... it does seem you really fell on your Face at the Shooting Range. Just sayin', but during these Times mutated Creatures and/or Human Enemies don't really bother to let you aim in Peace, better to go full auto on em'!
Though, it seems like the Quartermaster will have to fix her Selection of free Wares though... because something is glitchy. (It's not the Mod itself, it's more or less the Fault of XDI and thr Fac there ain't no Patch for it)
However not only did you meet the Quartermaster, but also the Senator which will be located and stationed at our Oil Rig Base! To think the only "Individual" that used to be in his new Office was the Skeleton of the former Senator, it feels like our little Enclave is growing each and every Day with new Personal being recruited and old Remnants rejoining our glorious Enclave under the Red, White and Blue Banner of the old World we will restore.
An off-the-Record Note here: I sorta share the Sentiment of the Colonel, the Senator is full of himself and likes the Way he talks. Plus... the Fact he's continuing the FEV Project for the President despite the horrible Downsides of it just makes it seem he didn't learn our History! Even ol' Colonel Autumn didn't want to recommit to that Project due to the Fact half his Troops were irritated and that would just kill allmost everyone... including Enclave Remants.
Here's a few Hints for your next Orders? Why just Hints? Because... come on, it's fun! There are Reports of some Institute Scientists escaping the Institute to the Glowing Sea, as in Ground Zero of the big Nuke that hit Boston.
Also I think there's somebody in the Cafeteria that y'all would like to meet, he says he came from the Mojave, but... as far as I know there never has been any Enclave Group in the Mojave Desert around Las (or rather now "New") Vegas.

Most Cherenkov radiation is in the ultraviolet range. It won’t give you radiation poisoning, but it will give you a sunburn. The isotope releasing the radiation that causes the Cherenkov phenomenon can be more dangerous.

Just a fun fact: real nuclear reactors are basically fancy steam engines. the fuel rods heat the water to steam, which spins a turbine and that generates power.

Yeah, your dialouge mod messes with the dialouge of the American Rising mod. That's because the latter uses and modifies the base game's dialouge system to show in text what the characters are saying. While your dialouge mod only shows what the voice actor is physically saying.
So I suggest temporarily uninstalling your dialouge mod while you play through America Rising
