Just found you through Neisha! I love you already - thank you for sharing your story and being secure in sharing your personal choices and experiences, it resonates with me. I’m preparing for pregnancy after 8 losses and no known cause, a full year on whole food ketovore diet and spouse is doing the same in preparation for a conscious conception later this year. I’m very optimistic of success this time armed with some much more knowledge and strength. Thank you for what you are doing

Forgive me if inappropriate questions. I am pregnant and like to know what the best of the best did or do.
Did you eat your placenta?
Can you do a video on breast milk? I don’t know how long to store it and such. I see pregnant moms producing it and freezing it prior to birth. Is that what you did?
