- 3 weeks out from the London Marathon I did a huge long run with fast efforts thrown in to the end of the run, with the aim of trying to run sub 2:22 in London. I hope you enjoy.
Training towards the London Marathon 2023 with the aim of breaking 2:22 and running a PB which currently stands at 2:24:19.
