I faced the same bug in my galaxy s6 edge and i just did a refresh network under the settings and its fixed for good

@@neffex76 no you can always go their service centre, they will charge. also updates die down after 1 or 1.5 years.
@@neffex76 yes, that's the sad thing about Samsung. After a year there will be a massive price drop on the phones and the software updates are slow.

You are spot on about the auto brightness, weight distribution and battery life. I moved back to samsung after nearly 3 years. Experimented with moto g5s+ and Nokia 6.1+ and I must say I am happy with the homecoming. I have used galaxy before Samsung j5... and I am really happy with this model.

I much prefer the ''punch hole''cameras on the s10
it looks alot better than any type of notch.
plus the hole punch cameras are innovative and will probably lead to the cameras being hidden under the screen somehow,
so you only see the lenses when you put the phone in camera mode.

Hey Ranjith, Yesterday I got a specific Biometric update from Samsung. Now Fingerprint Sensor is Fast and accurate like my other mobile Redmi K20 pro. You can remove this from Cons.

I'm thinking of getting this phone. I've few queries which I request you to answer:
1. How strongly it catches network signal & 4G data signal as compared to my current moto g4+?
2. Does it heat up during charging, call, internet usage?
3. If you speak about call quality, noise cancellation, cache slowdown, gallery app which we use to store images etc it'll be useful.
4. Is it dual 4G sim phone?
5. Does it need tempered glass for protection or a screen guard would be good?

Display Is Really Awesome. Good Thing Is That One UI Is There. Agree With You 4000mAh Battery Is There So Battery Backup Will Be Awesome For Sure. Fast Charging Is Also There Which Is Good. In Display Fingerprint Scanner Is Not So Fast Though But Almost Accurate.
Thats why I still prefer capacitive fingerprint scanner cuz Its more faster and precise

But about cons i agree with the call freezing problem ( hope it will get fixed soon ), haven't came across other cons, one more thing if you're using tampered glass fingerprint sensor will be bugged a bit more i don't know with other but I've felt that error, considering there two cons apart I'm really loving this phone and in my version ringtone volume and call volume both are loud

Hi Ranjeet, in the video, you have mentioned that the screen freezes when device is in use and we get a call, this issue i have also noticed which i think need to be fixed. It will be helpful if you can inform about this bug to samsung folks and we get a fix in future updates.

Yes guys, im also having the same problem with my phone and even sometimes when the phone call arrives, the call pop up takes alot of time to show up like 5-7 seconds.

@@geekyranjit I get a slight freeze whenever I get a call while playing pubg or watching CZcams. Should I update to newer version to solve this issue.

Watching it on my a50.. best phone in the 20k segment by Samsung..feels like a premium phone with the display and amazing battery, even the cameras are good enough and you even get fast charging and the performance is also very Good..only the fingerprint sensor was slow initially but with the software update it has improved.. best phone launched by Samsung after so long in the mid range

@@frederiquealondra8190 no lags as of yet.. works just fast enough without any major lags.. it might lag at times when you play high end games but it's not always the case so you can still buy this phone without any concern and with software updates this phone just keeps getting better.. you will love the ui of this phone

samsung known to abandoned old devices only give few updates especially in low and midrange device compared to xiaomi. Thats why im hesitant to buy this device lol

The call freeze bug happens due to ambient light sensor not working properly or having some issue. run a hardware diagnose test on it you'll find the result.
Same thing happened with my friend's Redmi Note 5 Pro so have a rough idea about it.

Prem Swaroop nope.. If the light sensor has calibrated properly then such issues won't occur.

Would really love to know which processors age well. Which processor is most affected in terms of performance with time ( i mean after an year or two) as i have seen most phones lasting about an year and a half with my regular usage( majorly watching videos and calling, i don't play any games).

Hello sir, I've been using the OnePlus 3 for 3 years now and I wanna switch to a decent mid-range phone below 20k. As I'm coming from a super AMOLED display phone, I will continue using sAMOLED phones only. And Samsung's the one to offer best quality sAMOLED panels. 12:11 The issue that you wrote down in white text is sort of weird, because it is as actually the opposite in my case. The ringtone volume is super loud and can be heard even like 8 to 10 meters away but while watching youtube or listening to music the speaker doesn't appear to be that loud. Is someone facing similar issues?
