Mr. Oberst has that laid back hick town demeanour going. Cleaning up the beard and a hair trim might bump him up a notch and gett him to be not so lazy 😆. Shaw kinda has that laid back feeling about him too.maybe thats why his basketball career didn't pan out. I dont know nick bests age but the guy seems like he can hold his own.

I'm going on my 3rd week at the gym. I've been very weak all my life and I've caught the workout bug. Your videos have been incredibly inspiring and entertaining while I keep up my motivation to reach my goals. What's the difference in muscles worked between NIck's grip for dumbbell press and Brian's?
The triceps is more involved in Nick's grip.
You use more groin muscles with Brian's positioning.

I got kicked out of 2 different college rec gyms (the ones for the general students not the athletes) both times for squatting over 600.
Hi Jong Wing damn... I work at a college gym, and my boss squats over 600 and hosts powerlifting competitions there.
@@mikeb2873 yeah they said I can leave or not squat over 500 there anymore luckily in both situations I was able to find privately owned gyms near by that were more than accommodating.
