  • As many of you may have noticed, the option to shop online at Art's Cyclery disappeared in late 2018. As of October 1st, 2018 we decided to pull away from online sales and focus on our local customers. We ditched large investors and are now owned 100% by riders. In this video we highlight what we're all about and introduce the staff and owners that keep the fire alive at Art's Cyclery.

Ask a Mechanic taught me a great deal about caring for my bikes, will always be grateful.

You were one of the best On-Line shops with video content and info I ever used... You will be missed here in PA... Best of luck with the local crew...

Thanks Dominick, we may not be selling online anymore, but we will still be knocking out videos and we will still be here to support the customers that have supported us over the years!

Hi Thomas, we have some things in the works...stay tuned. Also out of curiosity, which types of videos were the most helpful? All of the "Ask a Mechanic Style Videos"?

Hi Evan, we carried over our mechanics and our marketing team. We still plan to put out content on the regular, just without the corporate control over the direction of our company. Being a rider owned company is something we feel will be better for all of our customers. Online shopping isn't available now, but it's hopefully in our future!

Thanks Chris. For us, Ecommerce was suicide, we tried to make it for over 10-years but the race to the lowest price isn't what we're about. We're about supporting the customers that support us. Now that Art's is a rider-owned company, we're able to provide that. It currently isn't something we can offer beyond our local market, but in due time we aim to have some online offerings.
