i am not muslim but i am learning arabic becos i am a polyglot and i enjoy learning languages to move out of my comfort zone.
i am dead serious about learning it..I knew the script as a child but never followed up and for the past 1 yr I have been taking formal classes and devote 1 hr a day or even more for the study of Arabic.
Arabic is the 6th language I know.
    like your videos Mr Sam

Thanks so much for your comment! What resources are you using for your learning? Are you impressed with any in particular? Have you learnt any languages similar to Arabic before? Let me know if you would like me to make any videos for you!

      Arabic with Sam ..
yes Sam...I have learnt Sanskrit before which I self studied and formalized it with a diploma.
Sanskrit too has dual grammar and root system is mostly triliteral...I find similarities in Arabic and Sanskrit though both are different groups of languages.
besides Sanskrit I know Tamil..Hindi and Malay and English.
      I simply love Arabic.
I attend classes and learn Arabic from my teacher and also I learn from books and read the Holy Qur'an to improve my Arabic.
i am looking for worksheet or workbook format and reader sort of books to improve my vocabulary.
I like your videos..my emphasis now is to try to speak Arabic.
i can read Arabic but my vocab has to improve.
Right now my teacher is teaching me Audio files where I am supposed to hear the short conversation and write it.
Sam..by profession I am a doctor and also I teach Sanskrit..from my experience I feel the human mind learns best by engaging the audio visual faculty.
May be you can have some short video on simple conversation and arabic font appear on screen as the story unfolds so that the learning process is activated at a faster rate.
I like your videos becos its user friendly, natural and you are serious about teaching yet less formal in approach..its like a journey in learning.
keep up your God work Sam.

Salaam Sam, I want to learn Arabic to actually understand the Qur'an, but also to communicate in the Egyptian dialect (husband is Egyptian) when we see my in laws and family. Find it so awkward not being able to just have a basic chat...plus husband doesn't speak it to the kids and I so I'm finding it hard on my own to push the learning of Arabic in my own home. Really enjoying your videos! From your fellow English revert sister 🖐

I want to learn it because it would be a challenge. Simple as that. I'm not into religion at all but I love linguistics. My reasons are quite simple, I guess. That was my initial reason but now that I'm trying to establish myself as a freelnce writer it would be great to be able to provide in a few languages and not just english

Hi Sam. Some of your thoughts here chimed with the study method I've been seeking to work out for myself. Especially your emphasis on the importance of writing. I'm going to check out your script course next. Thank you.

Please make a video with MSA/Classical Arabic textbook recommendations. And also, I tried going to your website to see how much is your course, and I think the website isn't working properly. You click on 'Get access to this course' and nothing happens.

I want to learn Arabic so I want to have access to the meaning and message of the Quran, our Creator's speech. Reading English translation doesn't do justice to the Creator's message.
