    Man I’ve been wondering why mine wasn’t opening at lower RPM. Thanks Scott!

    Thanks! No sound from my BO valve on a turbo LS setup, I need a weaker spring and now I know how it’s supposed to work

    Great video but I didn’t see or missed it, where did you order the springs and the spring chart.

    Do you know where you bought the o ring that goes in between the welded flange and the bov? Brand or part number/ size? Thanks

    I think you went a little too low on spring weight man. Have you been building boost after this new spting?

    • @V8sareslow1
      @V8sareslow1  Před 11 měsíci

      Yes I have. And this has nothing to do with building boost pressure. I also have every spring in my wastegates as well for the minimum boost I can run. Zero issues building boost.

      @@V8sareslow1 its a blow of valve right? So if its open at idle I thought that would prevent the turbo from building boost. I'm genuinely curious, I'm trying to fully understand the turbo world and boost and bov

    • @V8sareslow1
      @V8sareslow1  Před 11 měsíci +1

      @@pistolmike791 open "at idle". The vacuum is what's opening it. Under boost, the air pressure goes through the vacuum line, on top of the bov, and forces it closed.

    I am wondering if this is causing me to have idle issues it being factory spring after all my mods

    • @V8sareslow1
      @V8sareslow1  Před 6 měsíci

      Need to see where your vacuum is, and then look at the chart and see which spring you should have. Can easily Google that information as well.
