brooooo thank you thank you thank you i was so confused i had unplugged the radio fuse and nothing it still had the same issue but now learning how to factory reset it broooo thank you!
To reset if the screen is frozen, hold the power button on radio and the right arrow under the screen (forward song button) at the same time about 15 seconds and the system reboots
My Syn didn't come back on after resetting. Any clue why? Ive been having issues with it intermittently not coming on when I turn the car on, sometimes for weeks at a time. I was hoping when it came on this afternoon that I could reset it and fix any corruptions in the hardware/software.
The "phone" button in the radius of my 2010 ford fusio does not work, does nothing, eh observed all the fuses and are in good condition... does anyone know what I can do?

I don’t recall there being a factory card in the SD card slot when I got my truck. I would think that if there is one in there, you should be able to remove it with no issues.
Max Dalton yes, it’s only 16 months old and as soon as it’s repaired I’m dumping this garbage and going with Toyota. This is my 2nd new F150, I owned a 2007 previous to this 2016. My brother tried to talk me into Toyota but I didn’t listen. I retire in 3 years and can’t afford to take a chance in garbage any longer.

I’m having the same issue! I’m taking it back to dealership tomorrow. I took it Saturday and they did nothing for me. 🙄
dumb question ....i have xm radio will a master rest make that go away or will it still be there

Interesting question. I'm honestly not sure. You may want to run it by a Ford dealership and ask for help, if you can.

45,000 F150 and after 16 months off the showroom the radio and all its elements quits working. GARBAGE! This is the very last Ford I will ever own.
