I tried this today. Had never thought to either a) try to make a Caesar dressing or b) add balsamic to a chicken marinade. Both worked amazingly well, and I got the comment from my other half "wish I could get served this in town, but nothing tastes anywhere near as good". Thanks for the vid, this is going to be a kitchen favourite in my house.

I just had to tell you that I just made this for dinner and it was FABULOUS!!! I was starving when I got home and it was done in all of 15 minutes. The dressing is the best. It beats any Casear salad I have had in restaurants. Thank you for the recipe!

Great recipe Laura :) There really is nothing quite as good as Caesar salad on spring evenings. I'm making this for hubby and I tonight. This chicken marinade is the best, the flavours of the rosemary, balsamic vinegar and steak seasoning is so delicious. I love adding some Parmigiano to the salad dressing too 🍋🥗
