PESTA LASAGNA - EASY RECIPE - Buon'Idea

LASAGNE WITH PESTO - A reinterpretation of one of the cornerstones of the Italian culinary tradition, in a light and truly irresistible version.
★ INGREDIENTS
(doses for 4 people)
FOR THE BECHAMEL
40g butter
50g flour
500ml milk
salt up to taste
nutmeg to taste
120 g grated cheese
FOR THE LASAGNA
250 g fresh lasagna
300g pesto
30 g grated cheese
★ PREPARATION
How to make pesto lasagna.
The first thing to do to prepare lasagna with pesto is to melt the butter in a saucepan to make the béchamel sauce. We stir while the butter melts.
Add the flour, stirring constantly to mix the two ingredients.
Finally, add the milk and thicken the béchamel without ever ceasing to mix.
Complete with a pinch of salt, a little nutmeg and grated cheese.
Mix well until you get a smooth and creamy bechamel and when it's ready, keep it aside.
At this point we are ready to assemble our lasagna. Spread a little béchamel on the bottom, place the fresh lasagne on top, cover them with more béchamel and complete with the pesto.
We cover with other sheets and repeat the layers until the ingredients are finished, then we conclude with a little grated cheese on the surface.
Bake in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, then cut and serve our appetizing pesto lasagna!
