You can try to go into settings on your windows, press on the devices tab and press remove device on the keyboard, then restart your pc and after restarting open synapse and connect the keyboard with the usb-c cable. Reinstalling synapse won’t do anything, if there is an incorrect driver that the pc chose to install on your pc. If this doesn’t work, you can try uninstalling all of your keyboard drivers and try the “remove device” route and restarting pc again. Just be sure not to have the keyboard plugged in after restarting, and connect it only when you open synapse after the restart.

@@BobasLife no problem, glad to try to help. I’ve been using their products for a couple of years now and have went through some issues here and there, but they are never as big as people make them out to be. But that’s probably because when I started using razer, I hated that every peripheral I owned had a different program to use it, so when I had to replace a peripheral, I just started to add more razer stuff, since I enjoyed the quality I got, and I found synapse to be the easiest for me to tweak everything on the fly :D I’ve tried multiple other “flagship” peripherals, and have mostly been disappointed. But yeah, I’ve been through every possible weird issue with synapse and resolved it, so feel free to ask if I’m need for help.

@@BobasLife Also be sure to plug it in directly in USB ports on your pc, there can be weird issues when using an usb hub for peripherals. I think it has something to do with power management, and the USB ports being turned off or “idle” when your pc is going to sleep or being restarted, and if you have your keyboard or other peripheral connected directly to your pc, it “remembers” the device, but when using an usb Hub, it resets both the USB port on the pc, and the ports on your hub, and the device gets disconnected from synapse, but the computer itself detects it as a generic peripheral. That might also be the issue why the keyboard works fine, but synapse can’t detect it. It happens more if plugging wireless dongles in usb hubs. I’d recomend trying plugging the dongle directly into your pc and if you want to use a HUB, use it for charging, which also would free a port in your hub for daily use, since you can put away the cable when not using it.

Ran into the same issue with Synapse. I used the Repair option of the Synapse setup, and after the repair and restart, the keyboard showed up in Synapse.
