The joke had to be made xD, I wonder if the on hit is in effect without combo since it is separated from the +2 effect. Because if so this card is super creepy to face.

@@DeamonOwl At least you still need to control all the other parts of the puzzle, but geez, it can really get out of hand. But oh well, we always got chains to counter it I suppose.
@@KuganeGaming Yeah it requires a perfect 5 card hand or a near perfect one and have mask/katsu ability find the missing piece(s). Also it doesn't put down the amount of damage threat the lord of wind combo does does it, granted descendent gustwave is a unknown.
@@DeamonOwl The lord of wind wasn’t amazing damage either. 5 > 4 > 5 > 2+ usually results in Wind coming in for 4 or 5. But it also required #3 to hit, so this new line may be possible with some art of war shenanigans to make sure you got a 5~6 card hand.

Same here! Totally loving the possibilities of the card. I wonder if the on hit is active without combo because if it is it can be such a nasty move to banish it and silently threaten the opponent.
Amazin card. Combo gonna get very strong potentially, and we ain't even seen nothing yet
I have a feeling that this is about the peak of powerlevel for the new Ninja support but I would love to be wrong!
Not sure what to do if we get even more support though, because right now, assuming we run 6 to 9 copies of Surging Strike, 9 copies of this new combo line, 9 to 12 copies of the Mugenshi line, the deck gets full fast XD

I don't need to imagine what? Iyslander look like without her hero ability. Michael Hamilton basically did it to another player when that player put a defense react in their arsenal and he just refused to attack. I mean it. Neutered her absolutely even viserai gets neutered. Losing the utility of swarming and shrill
So many decks get hosed by this card it isn't even funny and the best part is that you can very easily get a second one coming in during your combo turn, just snaps Dishonor #1, play Dishonor #2 and gg I guess XD
@@KuganeGaming time to add chains of eminence and creepers it into play before dishonor is played
@@andrewostman3135 I had the exact same thought about chains, not with creepers, but simply the fact that they might become meta if Ninja becomes too intrusive... Sadly though, even with these new toys, a Katsu combo line is still relatively limited in the actual damage output if you compare it to high ceiling aggro decks like Dash or Fai, so lets see how it shapes up! :)
@@KuganeGaming I think the creepers makes it more viable because the chain is so telegraphed
@@KuganeGaming I would argue there are more metrics than just raw damage at play. If this combo line is successful, most heroes will experience a drastic loss in damage output. I can only speak for best or I but I will lose one to two damage a turn from the runechants but additionally, my play line to enable shrill of skull form will no longer work. That's three damage. My swarming will now need a different play line to get go again. So instead of looking at it as bringing Katsus damage up in a fight. He is bringing everyone else's damage down that will allow him to maintain more cards in hand and subsequently will allow him more attacks. The fight going longer favors him

@@KuganeGaming it means this card doesn't really effect Dash since taking her ability away doesn't work after the game has started.
@@playtimetcg I understood the original joke, but if Dash isn't able to be dishonored... What does that say about Dash? XD
