Alternate universe? I don't think so? If you watch the flash series you would know that there was a similar scene in it where Barry allen goes back and tries to change his past but he got messed up everything. In this movie It seems like he goes to past just like in the series

Keaton, aside from his eyes (crows feet wrinkles), does look like that from the nose bridge and down. hes kept himself up real well ever since coming back in Birdman and again in Spiderman. in fact, when asked about this suit vs his original he told interviewers he still fits into the 1989 suit, same exact measurements and all. So they likely used his old suit and modified it a bit for this role, so yeah that's all Keaton, from the eyes down. He kept in shape.

I remember Keaton on an interview stating he wasn't going to do the Batman in the movie if they didn't fix the old suit or make him another one as he said it was very hard moving and turning his head in the old suit to where he had to turn his body to look at people/objects and that he was very satisfied in the end of Batman Returns to tear the headpiece off LOL. This Supergirl looks more like where Superman and Wonder Woman get married and have a child (daughter) together I believe her name was Lara as she looks just like her in the comics and probably would of been cooler to do that but no biggie. They should of got Bale and Patterson to comeo in this as well that would of been pretty cool who knows maybe they still will and they just didn't show them....... /shrug. But all in all I'm looking forward to go see this and can wait to see what else they're hiding from the trailer.
As to the last part in the video, In Avengers it was the characters' own timestream. If time travel was possible, it could possibly be the worst idea ... to interact with yourself that is (even Dr Who avoids it 🤣🤣). Parallel Universe does not affect your own timeline in anyway, you could even step on a butterfly without killing your future self. 😆
