The way the other flash has all reverse flash colors on from his hoodie to his scarf and even headphones, I think he might represent reverse flash's role in the comic and ultimately try to keep him from fixing his time line

Batflec told Barry that "He can destroy everything", I think Batflec was confronting himself with the same question of would he or won't he, if he had the ability to save his mother and father from being murdered in cold blood, and he thought about the possible effects that it could have on the fabric of space and time. Perhaps the batman would have never existed and Gotham would be even worst off.
