That is not a random cat... It looks like it once had a home & seeing that this seems to be a park... it probably lost its way by chasing a squirrel... Those sad eyes tell his story! Feral cats born in allies & under shrubs run from humans unless they are given food, then they run out of site...
I hate videos like this where people comfort these lonely cats, giving them false hopes for a few minutes then go on their merry way, leaving them behind... At least bring them to an animal shelter so they can be adopted... This one would surely be adopted!
