I never really thought it was celebrating the stuff in the lyrics. It's about a guy in a relationship with a coke head. She's easy and fun at first but he later realizes how fucked up it is. That's why the lyrics change from "I love the way" to "I hate the way". That's a subtle thing that a lot don't pick up on. I don't think it's supposed to be a sex anthem.
