Chick, you've a MAGNIFICENT set of pipes!
Your intonation, slides, and bridges are really wonderful, HOWEVER (yes, you KNEW that word was coming, right?), I would dearly love you to re-consider editing the finish of the song: it is out of synch with the rest of what is a truly lovely blues/ballad, and takes the song in a completely different direction than the rest of it.
Yes, I know 'edit' is a four letter word is so many ways......I'm finishing up the second vignette to my short story collection, still need to rewwork and re-edit the fist vignette, and then try to figure out the ins, outs, sideways, ups, downs, and black holes of publishing on Amazon as an E-Book......I do fear the vagaries of the mundane in publishing steps will undermine my resolve; I forewent the fifth of Batmobile Black Rum at the store today, and that fortitude may well be needed in order to curb any melancholy arising from the assailing vagaries!
