  • What is the best surface for 3d pen work? It depends on what you are trying to do. This video features the best surfaces for different 3d pen techniques and demonstrates two ways how to adjust filament adhesion to your surface. The sequel to the "7 things you want from your work surface" video released earlier. Great information for artists, STEM teachers, art teachers, homeschooling parents, crafters, and all 3D pen enthusiasts.

      Glad it was helpful! My greatest intial problem was with surfaces. Somehow you don't expect those to be such an important issue but they can really make or break the project. Good luck with yours.

      I am glad you find it helpful. The deal with that big globe is that you have to upsize your equipment. Which I am planning to address in my next video or two. So stay tuned.

      I have to try that. I love to have different options for different projects as needed. Where do you get that? And do you know if it's available in the US?

    Do you know anything I can 3D pen on but it won’t rip

    • @3DPENDEN
      @3DPENDEN  Před 2 lety

      I know, some papers are too adhesive and do not release without ripping. I use plexiglass sprayed with clear acrylic coating but most masking tapes also work. Try watching this video it has more on different surfaces that work.
