- Now that he’s seeking a second term as president of the Baltimore City Council, Nick Mosby sat down for an exclusive interview with FOX45 News to discuss his bombshell testimony during the federal mortgage fraud trial of his ex-wife, Marilyn Mosby, and why he is asking voters in Baltimore for a second chance.
While under oath, Nick Mosby admitted to lying to the public about the status of a $45,000 tax lien that was on his home that he shared with Marilyn in Baltimore. Nick Mosby also falsely claimed thousands of dollars in charitable donations on his taxes, according to prosecutors.

You always get notices in the mail of tax liens. What a crock, still lying until today. Your tax account files what you give them. They are not a mind reader. Blame the tax guy when you get caught. If people vote for him they are just clueless.
Well that is not true. There are tax preparers that pride themselves on getting you more money. They are crooks, but it is possible not to know what they file on taxes. A friend of mine owed over $50, 000 in taxes because he allowed tax preparers to do his taxes with bogus deductions and contributions. My friend settled with the IRS for $10,000 cash and the tax preparer ran to Nicaragua. It is interesting that Donald Trump is using the same excuse as Mosby. We believe Trump but not Mosby

I see it the same as the last president being championed currently because unfortunately too many people refuse to see the truth. Kinda reminds me of when I was young and some school mates would put their fingers in their ears and hum when they didn’t want to hear something.
