  • On my daily discovery, today i have this amazing recipe here in the northern part of Ghana- Tamale where they use bean leafs and corn flour to prepare this recipe. An organic and delicious recipe that everyone must try, it also good for vegan and vegetarian,

    You're the only one that hasn't called it yombaker 🤣,welldone for the proper pronunciation. It's one of my favourite food and it has a twin food called GORA. Maybe you could find out about it too whilst still in Tamale 😊. Nice Vlog as always.

    My Akan people, I think it's you who take part in these medicinal foods, why because we are all Ghanaians but when it comes to healthy foods you leave them to the northerners 😂that it's theirs, meanwhile we all eat fufu, so why don't you learn how to eat ours too?

    Unfortunately whilst i was introduced to this dish i never had an opportunity or privilege to try it
    everything is unique about it from the ingredients, the way it is cooked and even how you eat or serve it.
    Ghana just keeps producing these amazing dishes. How can one not be proud to say this incredibly diverse but relatively small nation is my home.
