I love you show I can come to you
It’s almost like what we call moimoi in Nigeria. I’d like to taste this whenever I visit Ghana
Ghanaians nake moonlight as well they call it alele, tunani tastes and looks different but the method of cooking is similar to moimoi.
We have two different types of tuubani in the northern part of Ghana Tati ,the one in this video with the added cassava flour is called Gable and is normally moulded directly in the water. The other type is the tuubani which goes in the leaves but have nothing added except the bicarbonate of soda .You can also use Bambara beans😊. I personally prefer the one in this video (gable) because the texture is much more stretchy due to the cassava.Tati,I think you need to visit Tamale for some northern food like Wasawasa, tuubani etc😁.
Heeeerrrr I will get fat if I get to that place 😅
@@TatianaHaina 🤣🤣🤣you will become NGOZI within days.
Ahahaha I swear 😅
Is cassava flour the same as kokonte flour
@@adomyaa347 Hi,yes it is thesame.

Ghanaians also prepare moimoi too
Oh wow 😯
The Cubans have a similar dish with meat in it called TAMALES. I just had some 3 days ago in USA.
We have this in Nigeria. It’s called Ekuro in Yoruba land. Only that instead of using bean powder. We blend the beans
@@_missward ekuru
Tubaanni to the world. I would love to try this when i’m in Ghana.
Heeerrrr it taste so goood
I really like your videos. Watching your videos always make me homesick.... I miss being in Ghana 😭
Taty! Another video of greatness💥💥💥. Definitely been introduced to tuubani🍴! You are constantly introducing the audience to new types of foods and it's preparation. I think I have had tuubani about twice. Had no idea how it was made, thanks to you now I do. it is actually a meal that must be promoted more from a health perspective. We need more foods that are lower in carbs and fattening ingredients. My 2 cents says tuubani fits that billing💰. Additionally, it can be classified as a street food that is readily available to many. But with that said, it looks like the lady you featured has the best around for miles. As always love the way you feature local entrepreneurs. I bet the exposure you provide them goes a long way in aiding and assisting their businesses. Now the end got me, when Ala came from behind the camera to sample the food📷. He has done a remarkable job on the camera, and it is great when he can also be on camera. Certainly made my day to see him out there. Awesomeness🔥🔥🔥!!! Keep the content coming and we are here for it!
Yea Alha is always awesome in front of the camera 😆
Great job dear, you really helping us to eat healthy, God bless you .❤
Do you have a video on what you eat for breakfast? I just found your channel and I am binge watching all of them ❣️ great content
Kajikomi that's very yummy 😋 dear and keep the good work flowing my dear
We eat this in the south west of Nigeria. We call it Ekuru. Just that we use fried stew to eat our own.
This is the food everyone should be eating , because of it high fiber content .

Aawww hi Getty
I wish I know her like I ll get her hand mixer to make it easier for her to mix .
Healthy food it's seems sweet food
Thèse beans in the U.S is called, Blackeye peas - eaten anytime but most people in the U.S believe it will give them a great start to the new year so they must have them in their home New Year’s Eve even if they don’t have time to cook them lol 😂 don’t ask me why?? Anyone who know can finish this statement! Looks really good Tatiana!
Thanks for the diverse content.
Ooohh wow first time hearing this
Actually the 'good luck for the coming year' black eye peas tradition is exclusively an Afrikan American cultural element. What I was told is that, the peas played a significant role in their diets during slavery; and remained one of the few foodstuffs they could originally link to their Afrikan roots.
@@globalcetzen5271 Actually this tradition of cooking Black eye peas is also cooked in Trinidad and Tobago 🇹🇹 on New Years Eve as a way to attract good luck. I believe other Caribbean countries share the same tradition as well.
@@BW_GYEDU that makes total sense to me because the Black diaspora isn’t limited to the US alone. In fact, the Blackeye peas carry a deeper history and dietary connection with people of Afrikan descent, than we can envision.
It is one of the main crops that sustained certain Afrikan tribes, who trekked from the Land now called Israel (Which was then still part of the Afrikan continent), after violent Assyrian invasions. These Afrikans moved inwards into the continent and settled.
I am of the Afrikan Ewe people,
related to many Afro Caribbeans/ Afro Cubans/Haitians etc.
Beans is our staple and one can trace the Children of the Exodus and original people of the land now called Israel, by the beans. (Just a little Afrikan history they’ll never tell you.)
This food is my favorite
My mom's favorite 😘
This is a very nutritious vegan dish
Awwwww the cute little goats
Beautiful food
nice so many foods we have in Nigeria are similar but made in different ways. we call this food moimoi and we make it with fresh/soaked bean instead of flour. good one
Some moi moi is made from bean flour too. Check the markets it’s now sold for those who don’t have time to make it from scratch
Will try someday, but how to get the peanut powder. I tried your spring rolls it’s sumptuous! Thanks Tatiana pour tout!
Haha wo b3 si d3n 3kyir hwiii. You ankasa you like food 🤣. Would love to try it one day. Saa, waakye. I see. Hahaha. Thank you for bringing it too

Great video as always. Tubaani looks really delicious especially with the adding of the peanut powder, fried onion and pepper 🌶 . I am definitely trying this when I get to Ghana.
How is Sister Ajara doing by the way? We miss seeing her together with you 🤗
You should try it. She is fine 🙂
J'aime beaucoup tes choses Dieu vous bénisse
Oh man, someone should do this in Cape Coast. I buy ooo
Little like Fari in Mali . We use only beans , fresh oinions , oil and hot peper .
I would add Chicken Cubes (bouignon) to the oil or bean pudding.
My favorite papapaaa

We call those black eyed peas here in Jacksonville, Florida Duval county
Using right hand is cultural and islamic thing
🙄🙄🙄🙄😋😋😋😋
the leaf look like in vietnam
We back again ☺️
Chaley 💕
I have taken my first seat
Yeyeyeeee 🥰😅
The leaves are called Awromo/Awrom in the Akan language, because "bese ahaban" means cola leaves and these are not cola leaves.
What an excellent combination l want me some.
Never try this before
😋😋😋😋😭
The name of the leave is not bese ahaban but rather anwonomoo
Come to prang for propa wasa wasa
Where is that place
I feel bad for the lefthanded people in the area.
It is steamed bean cake
It says I can use baking soda here in the 🇺🇸 if I ant get potash
Oohhh yes you can please
It looks like suya
The water will not enter it? I have tried it ones but I don't like it
I seee
I think it depends on how well you cover it up. If the beans are too much in the leaf, definitely there will be airspace in it. Thanks
Tati you said you are an example of what !have you ever experienced stomach pain before?
Ahahahahaha oh yes I have. In fact always 😂😂😂
👁👁👁
Is the tubaani woman in sunyani
yes
I am glad you like it Bon Appetit ❤
Tita I want to meet you an in prang
I think the oil is not important though
I really confused why you always cook food outside the house??not in the kitchen inside the house.
We need her number
She has no phone for now for anything just lemme know please
@@TatianaHaina so how do I buy some
