Same :) I slept on 1D for 10 years, was such a revelation for me when I got to know about them through Niall Horan's and then Harry's music. They might be tagged as a boyband but these guys had proper rock-n-roll + indie/brit-pop influences and I am glad I got to know it. Niall's music also has Fleetwood Mac vibe to it (debut album especially) and he and Anne-Marie recently did a cover to Everywhere by Fleetwood Mac. The band even tweeted about it with praise.
