Patty Maroon is an amazing story, fell in love with him in Edmonton and when I heard he was coming to Tampa I was ecstatic. First plater to win back to back Stanley cups with a different team, wow. But man you gotta also love that, he was the only one with that resume. Every other player on the team including the coach are now Stanley Cup Champions. I think that’s pretty incredible. They were so close, just needed a little bit more leadership, a little more grit, and a new mindset. Hats off to Brisboi for bringing in Patty, making those deals to get Coleman and Goodrow, different teams but those two with gourde looked like they’d played together forever, I absolutely loved that line, and genuinely cheered every time we went on the penalty kill, the plays they hold make, Coleman often killing 20 even 30 seconds single handedly. And boy did he score some absolute highlight reel ones, and a huge one today. God dam so proud of everyone. So happy for guys who’ve been here the longest including Cooper. Stammer, Heddy, Killorn, Tyyyyyler Johnson, Palatee,. Undradted guys, seventh round, third round, late second round. This is an amazing mass of guys who were underestimated their whole playing careers. I couldn’t be happy for guys like Gourde who never gave up on his dream going undrafted, coming to Tampa having an immediate impact, and Yanni, you’re a Stanley Cup champ. What a feeling that must be. So dam happy, could cry. Love these guys, couldn’t be more deserving
Pat maroon is actually the 8th to do it, 3rd in the expansion era. Cory stillman won in 04 and 06 and Claude Lemieux won in 95 and 96
I really hope he signs with the Bruins this offseason.

Поинт - ты алмаз этого плей-офф, тот кто делал результат всей командной игры, причём ты делал свою работу регулярно тем самым завершая работу всей команды!

Hockey is amazing sport. Hockey was built on men, and the nhl was built on dreams. Both of those come together for the stanley cup. Watching these guys together, drinking and smoking together signifies there battle the relationship it built between them. The amount of money these guys make during the playoffs is basically nothing compared to what they make in the regular season, so it shows that they will battle, fight, bleed just to raise 30 lbs over there heads. Well done tampa.

Braden point was robbed of the conn Smythe. Hedman looked good because Point won them the game with Vascaleski. Even the goaltender deserved it more.
Yea you’re smoking dope. Look at Heddy’s time on ice. He almost matched Vassy. Heddy also has to be the leader on ice without Stanmer. Point did a phenomenal job, but no he wasn’t robbed.
@@imlonelypleasehelp5443 hedman had one game winner. Point literally won them the game with all those game winning goals. If point doesn't score those, they'd be still playing. Hedman was good.. but he doesn't look so good with all that ice time if they don't win. Point made the trip easy for both hedman and vaskil by scoring the first goals. It's easy to be a good defenceman if you're goalie is getting you shut outs. Hedman got a lot of ice time in by being trapped in his own zone tired. All three should of split the conn Smythe.
