Mx Master Race. I've also got the mouse/keyboard combo and it's great. You also have flow, which allows you to move you mouse/keyboard between two computers. It's been handy a few times.
You shouldn’t put monitor against the sunlight. It’s bad for your eyes trying to adjust to the dimmed brightness of monitor due to the bright sunlight. So, basically your eyes will be working hard adjusting back and forth due to the brightness.

Thanks a lot :) USB C is an absolute game changer - yes. It also charges your laptop at the same time ;) I looked into the Samsung one that I have or maybe the LG versions. Mine is 34 inch and I think it's only Samsung/Dell/LG in terms of options really.
Great video! I have exactly the same monitor, really pleased with it. I mounted mine on an Ergotron LX arm - it's the extra tall arm, so that might work for you. I love the clean result it gives, as well as the fact I can have the monitor a bit higher.

something i would recommend is that you use a screenbar. that is a lamp that hang at the monitor to save space and will make your desk even brighter and economical because it is led. and maybe you want to pickup a mechanical keyboard ? try using one first. and after that you can commission someone to built you one to your specs. like the vids. much respect
Once the laptop is folded in the laptop stand, how do you switch it on? Do you unfolded and take it out of the stand each time you want to switch it on?
I believe once the laptop is turned on and folded, as long as it is plugged into the monitor, if you move the mouse or touch the keyboard, it should come out of rest mode and the monitor will turn on. So you don't have to constantly open and close the laptop to display it onto the monitor
Finally! A Desk setup I can relate to, clean, minimal and something different than those 'sit-stand rgb' setups which people usually have

I had the same monitor. Amazon sells a few monitor stands that work, but the VESA mount is awkward.

The mx keys is a fantastic keyboard. Mechanical keyboards are good, but they can be too noisy.

Once I close the lid it just operates on the screen. It’s called being in ‘clamshell’ mode I think :)

Usually just 100% but I often use the night shift setting on Mac in the evenings.

I switch it on at the start of the day. Close it and then put it in the stand. Then at the end of the day shut it down so I only switch it once
