    I watched your video yesterday and used your method of filling through the top radiator hose until full. Then secured the hose and continued with filling the radiator. It was a success and the car now runs without overheating. Thank you very much for helping me through the problem. God bless you.

    I just want to thank you for these awesome videos. I have a 2013 elantra and your videos gave me the information I needed to work on my car myself and it saved me a couple of grand! I did my own ignition coils, fuel injectiors, starter motor and your video helped me diagnose a bigger issue that was covered under my power train warranty.
    Keep the videos coming! You guys rock!

    So you filled the hose with coolant to avoid air getting in? Im trying to replace the upper hose after a leak so if i do this method i dont need to bleed it??. My car is full on coolant. Why are you putting coolant in the radiator?

    Thanks for the video, but I have an issue where coolant is always low in the radiator but there is coolant in the overflow bottle. And it’s overheated 3 times.
    I have also changed the radiator cap, but am still getting low coolant after every drive

    I have a tube that is unconnected underneath my car just in front of the drive shaft. I think it’s supposed to be connected to a part that is red that is connected to the drive shaft. Do you think I’d be able to email you a picture of it and you might be able to tell me where to reconnect the tube?
    Thanks guys, love the channel!

    • @ivan23caravantes44
      @ivan23caravantes44 Před 5 lety +2

      That tube sounds like the tube that let's your ac water out, it's the only tube that's supposed to be disconnected under the car. You can check it after turning on the ac and waiting for it to drain the water while the car and ac is on. Like I said it supp to be like that

      prasanna mainali check relays. Unplug pin connection from temp switch and jump with small wire or paper clip, fans should kick. If so switch is bad.

    So how do you bleed it for air? Should you fill system the start car with cap off to get bubbles out?

    • @gothinking3705
      @gothinking3705 Před 2 lety +1

      Get a no spill funnel with an attachment that comes with the kit and that makes the funnel highest part of cooling system and fill then run engine keep filling funnel till no more gets sucked in and bubbles go away also run your car on high heat

    • @Matt-yj1lz
      @Matt-yj1lz Před 5 měsíci

    • @michaelhines4600
      @michaelhines4600 Před 2 lety +4

      Yeah the air have to be bleed. Fill it up. Turn the heater on max and when the fan comes on the thermostat has opened and let it into the engine.

    • @michaelhines4600
      @michaelhines4600 Před 2 lety +2

      At that point the air bubbles should have escaped thru the open radiator cap.
