Really good video. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Im a Noel tone junkie, too. I liked the other video where you've built his board. Very impressive. Apart from owning a Marshall Valvestate 8080, I usually just try to model his sound. He sure knows his stuff when it comes to gear (amps and pedals, not the gear from the 90s (as he would say!) :D.). Got into Oasis in 95, then Noel did his unplugged set and I knew he was the man to follow. I had been waiting for something like That Pedal Show interview for decades, haha. It was like all my Christmases in one!

Mate, the TPS video must be my all time favourite youtube video ever - I skipped through it the second it was released, and when I saw him talking about the Echodrive and Riviera / VOX AC50 setup I got goosebumps - and you're right Noel's a true master of tone shaping nowadays, he really knows his pedals!
Great research and work put into this. As you said, there's not much official 'rig rundown' information out there apart from the That Pedal Show video so this is a great piece of work. ✌🏼

Awesome rundown my friend! Always great to see and hear updates you can share with us NG enthusiasts. Just wanted to ask, does the echodrive produce a significant amount of boost?
Thanks a lot! With the Echodrive it depends on the Output Knob, if its set to full the boost is quite a bit more than let's say the Kingsley Page,.. in Oasis, from everything I could find, Noel set the output to full. High Flying Birds, well Noel had his set to 3/4 for the first 3 tours, now with Council Skies its set a bit lower than that... I set mine to about 3/4 and it works well for me - there its this very transparent and warm boost that kind of attaches itself to every string making them sound fatter, amazing pedal the Echodrive I have to say... cheers! 🙂🎸

Thank you for making this video! I’ve been really curious about this, as there’s an obvious emphasis on the acoustic side of things this time around. The JMs are missed though, love that sound.
Thank you! Yeah I also really liked that Jazzmaster sound he had during the previous tour... also in my opinion "In the heat of the moment" sounded better when he played it with the Nash Telecaster... 🎸
@@niklasguitarI actually agree here, I prefer the sound of the Tele to the LP he used fairly recently. Just a question though, i’ve been digging around and can’t find where he’s used it but i know he owns another Nash Telecaster, the brown one with wide range humbuckers. Do you know when he would’ve used this, and on what songs?

Also genau kann ich das nicht sagen, aber von allem was ich beobachten konnte sind Echodrive und Page fast immer an, Cornish SS-2 für seine Solos und PackRat als zusätzliche gain stage... er könnte aber bspw. beim Dont Look Back in Anger solo gut und gern alle 4 pedals eingeschalten haben... das ist schon sehr verzerrt wenn man genau hinhört 😅
