Lookout Ridge VIEWS | Custom $1.45M Home in Washougal, WA

Today we're in the Lookout Ridge neighborhood on the border of Camas & Washougal (Camas School District) touring through a gorgeous, semi-custom, new-construction home. (ps, floors are engineered Hardwood, not solid, my bad!)
My lovely clients have a new home in Washougal and it goes without saying...it's a 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘱𝘱𝘦𝘳! All my clients are truly a 𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 to work with, and every once in a while, you get some 𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐫𝐚 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬 😊
𝚃𝙷𝙴 𝚂𝚃𝙾𝚁𝚈 of 145 W W St:
- We met virtually on a Wednesday
- They told me, "Hannah, we really think 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐑𝐢𝐝𝐠𝐞 is our neighborhood"
- On Thursday, we negotiated this beautiful home off market
- By Friday, it was 𝘰𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 locked in 🔒
- We worked with the builder & designer to make changes to their liking
- We worked through some bumps in the road (as per usual with new construction!)
- In the end, the home turned out jaw-droppingly gorgeous, unique, and ｔｉｍｅｌｅｓｓ
