Roll Wrapping by Rock West Composites

Ever wondered how a carbon fiber tube is made? Wonder no more. While there are multiple ways a tube can be manufactured we dedicate half of our tubing production capacity to Roll Wrapping. Roll Wrapping allows the use of Prepreg materials and yields some of the highest quality tubes possible.

If you fish like i do, you know the smaller and less stuff the better. I’ve added a photo of just some of my gear so you can see how serious i am about fishing.

At this time the largest tool we have available is 13.5".

Its very interesting to watch, but your people need to wear gloves at all times. Not only does it contaminate the product but epoxy causes very nasty long term effects.

There is risk to sensitivity (allergic reaction etc.) and contamination. We use gloves in most processes and definitely acknowledge the concern.
