According to National Geographic a few years ago, Washington is 1st because he was the 1st President, Lincoln 3rd because of saving the national and Andrew Jackson was front in center because he has a man crush on him and always thought he looked like a president should look.

Here’s a fun personal history fact for you……. I actually visited President’s Park in either 2005 or 2006 and have pictures of myself with many of these statues. I had many pictures from that day, but now are lost to history. But, I visited. Thanks for sharing.

No way! That’s so cool…do you know what happened to the pictures? How funny you are now part of a select group of people that visited the original Presidents Park. 😂

@@WalkwithHistoryI have no idea what happened to them. Gone forever I’m sure. I just happened to go to Williamsburg and I’m guessing saw a brochure or something. The statues were along a concrete walking path and there were little plaques beside of each telling about them. I really enjoyed it. When I visited Williamsburg last year, I almost visited the ruins. But it had rained solid for several days and actually rained every day we were there. And I read the conditions were insanely muddy, or I would’ve went. They were actually open the weekend I was there.

It is sad that Presidents' Park is no more. And sad that the busts are deteriorating. I do hope they can find a way to at least preserve what they have left.

It is so hard to pick just one. I love John Adams, Abraham Lincoln, Grant, Eisenhower and Reagan. Lincoln because he helped to abolish slavery within the United States. I think people forget the good Grant did while in office because his time as president is overshadowed by the corruption that his political advisors (and son-in-law) were apart of.

There is actually another president park in the black hills of South Dakota but it is also closed but no one is aloud to see it. I have seen CZcams videos of people flying their drones over it.

Are you allowed to just go there or do you have to have permission? I wouldn’t want to trespass on private property. That’s really cool. I'd like to see it.

You have to buy tickets through the Presidents Heads website. They give you a time slot to come visit as it is on private property.

I would think it is that Washington is on the $ 1.00 Lincoln is on the $5 and Jackson is on the $20 Don't know why Jefferson would be in the back
