Ghana we are still behind
Realistically the capital city needs to be relocated.
I wonder if there is someone who knows about why they stop the building process in that area for the marine drive. At 15:38 they created all of that space and nothing is being built. This is ridiculous and this is why nobody takes the Ghanaian government seriously. They are always *lying* about them trying build something. 🙄🙄 it would have been *great* to see Ghana with some new skyscrapers.
This marine drive project has been proposed since Kwame Nkrumah time. Let’s hope and pray we are able to do it was Bui dam was done.
Eben Africa has skyline places like kenya, Ethiopia, and south Africa already have them so this skyline in ghana *wouldn't* have changed anything in Africa. Anyways, thanks for the videos.
Greetings, that affluent place you where at the beginning, the whole Ghana can be like that, problem arises with fighting anyone who tries to implement policies for bringing it to fruits, they will say anything to the masses for cheap political vote , costing every single citizen in the end, tourism and exchange rate mechanism , every one losses, big time, and they think they are doing politics? Ghana has a long way to go. There is no transport structure. only rickety tro tro. No trains Thus reliance on UBA or driving. Also look at the river near circle. Full of rubbish. There are no litter bins for collection. These are basic things which most country's have. So please be honest. Highlight the negatives as well as the positives.. If there was a decent transport system, most people would live on the outskirts with greenery, unless they are business people , affluent or tourist

The project will never see the light of day because we have leaders with dead brains. Government should lease out the land to private developers to undertake the project. That’s the only way we can develop the coast to look like that of other countries. Government does not have the resources to undertake the project. Smart leaders would consider public private partnerships but our leaders are just talkative and do not have any wisdom to transform the coast line.

You people talk loosely too much. Don't you know that cote d'ivoire is one of those countries that were lucky to have their cities planned and built for them by their colonial masters.
Ghana on the other hand didnot get such opportunity like the other countries had, wars between the british and the Ashantis and the opposition from the citizens of the country to be independent from our masters never gavw such chance to have our cities built. we struggled to build our city and country ourselves so to make such comparison doesn't make sense.
Read your histories ro understand things better. Also search for the year such cities were built and u see that their masters did them good
