I really hope with my entire being that you are not suffering anymore. You’re never alone. I’m 6 years sober from all drugs and alcohol. I just quit nicotine too a few months ago. I have cptsd. I know that if I can get through this you can too. It’s not for the weak and you definitely are not weak you are so strong and resilient❤

Dear Jess! I love it that you give us the option of listening to either the You are or I am version💕🙌 last night I listened to the I am meditation…. This morning I had the special opportunity to share with some veterans (ex soldiers) in one of my PTSD therapy groups at my VA hospital some of my feelings and inspiration from the I am version… it was so wonderful to be able to do that and share your teachings and kindness with other veterans who are also struggling with PTSD and past trauma!
