@@blanca536 more smiles and positivity. i'm feeling better in general. i have a chronic pain condition that has gotten better since i started also. i plan to continue this and meditation everyday. i have also been trying to focus on other things that make me happy or are positive in nature. today i went through several of gandhi's quotes. i've spent time watching videos on people doing good for others. i now know the more i work on positivity in my life the better it will be. i also try to stay away from any negative conversation or the news etc. someone told me recently to not say anything if i didn't have anything good to say. it wasn't for the other person's sake but for mine. i've realized i don't have to accept another person's negativity by just mentally rejecting it and moving on. it's all helped so much. i hope this helps you. it's helped me quite a bit.

I tried to trade forex and crypto on my own but had a bumpy ride and in that process I lost funds of over $97,000. sincerely I don't know what the problem is.
I've always been "the save your money in the bank" kind of guy. Now this comment section has convinced me to put them to work.

I’m 27 I’ve been using these affirmations for about over a year and I will say that I’m still in the same place . I live with family , I don’t have a car a house nor am I rich in Money yet....But my mental and emotional state and immune system have been incredibly strong . And without working on these qualities first I cannot achieve anything in life....I’ve learned patience some things come quickly for some and they aren’t ready for them, when you are ready the universe will bless you and I’m looking forward to my blessing now. 🙏🏽

I went on a job interview today, for a summer job to help me get a new car and help my family! They said it’s not a fit for me, because they’re looking for full time employees. I work in a school cafeteria and my daughter is graduating and I have another daughter going to the tenth grade! I want to be able to provide for my family! I've been listening to this and a 10 mins gratitude meditation everyday for the past 2 weeks every morning it's the first thing I'll do. At first I thought it just calmed me, calmed my anxiety but yesterday I realized I'm in the best most balanced mental health state that I've ever been!! I feel so calm, easily confident and joyous

I guard my energy by staying away from crazy music, news and TV shows. I listen to videos like this at home, get into flow, meditate even when I workout or travel. It has changed my life.
I do it every single day and it has helped me to be emotionally stronger. I find unexpected success in many ways. I published my book (Scorby) and it's selling well, my salary at job is also increasing. I hear it even after getting what I want. I will do it for the rest of my life. So far I've been doing it every single day for more than a year now. Feels good. Also found my soulmate 😌💜

My gratitude journal has changed my life! I am more positive and happier than I have been in years! Look on youtube on how to do a gratitude journal. I'm seriously you won't be disappointed.
