Ek baar mujhe bhi yeh dikkat aayi thi - but then took it to the service centre and got it repaired. They have really upgraded the customer and post sales experience.
That is different story woh to repair hoga hi na , but it is totally unreliable, poor quality parts , service center guys themself say the parts are poor and they require frequent change.
Really sad to hear about this incident. On the contrary, my Jawa experience has been great. Haven’t faced any major issues and for servicing, the company has been really proactive in my case
Sad. But can you tell me one bike - I mean one bike in the whole world, regardless of the brand and price, that hasn't broken down at least once? can any brand claim that? We should never forget that at the end of the day, it's a machine!
At least once , I had to scrap the bike as the service center were not able to resolve and I was just pouring money into the dead vehicle changing this , changing that .
Kyunki being a mechanic Maine charging circuit check karke Stator coil open Kiya aur pata chala ki pura roasted tha.. we replaced the Stator coil it in Goa. Btw.. we sold both the Jawas after multiple issues with both of machines.
This is the rare case i have seen with jawa bikes coz we have went on ride in which we had 8-10 jawa bike none of the bike i saw facing any issue like this. Kismat kharab thi shayad usdin apki
Humare pass 2 bikes thi..we sold both of them after multiple issues. Also there are many videos on Jawa on my channel. You can read the comments of other Jawa owners and will get to know this is not a rare issue.. even the comments on this video are confirming the same. Yes..last 7-8 comments on this video are talking positive on similar lines which I found was strange.
I feel the pain 🥺 I'm assuming here by what was said in the video, since the battery appears to be not charging, mostly the stator coil is fried. You guys were lucky as you were in a group. I was stranded around midnight on the highway. As I'm writing, I'm getting goosebumps. I hope Standard Warranty or Extended Warranty is still active, it will be a bit less painful after all this
Yes, indeed it was the stator assy. As we had no option of any service center nearby, replacement of the battery was a temporary option to reach the service center.

Yes..changed that when we were back in Goa.. there were only 2 service centers from where we were stuck.. Hubli and Goa both 150kms.. This machine is very unreliable.
They have to increase if they need to survive , but. I know some top guys personally and they accept that the issues are real, some top management do not even come from auto industry, they have zero experience on how to respond to such issues .

I have this bike this bike was just awesome, And this bike was very relaxed i like this bike i'm buy this bike second hand feel like a new

Well it happens at times par ek battery drain ko start Coil problem kaun batata hai bhai.. waise gaadi is pretty good while cruising

Company ground per Kisi Ko Kam sikhata Nahin Hai Aur parts bhi nahin deta
I never feel confident taking jawa anywhere, it is so unreliable.

Ramram.. front wheel sathi 17mm (metric) chi Allen key lagte.. socket type best ahe .Karan tikde open and tighten torque jast ahe..

Stator issue… new battery is temporary solution.

Idk how this happened with you guys, but my family has a Jawa 42 and it has never been a problem. Rides smooth and helps in city commute without fail
