Hari Prasad ji do you not need to set the point gap at BTDC after setting the gap of 0.4mm at TDC by bringing the piston down by 2 to 3mm then again set the gap at maximum0.05mm by rotating the complete stator to either left or right to increase or decrease the points gap respectively? This is the recommended procedure to set the ignition of Yezdi in the user manual.

But I said only rough calculation.
Because again we start the bike and tune the beat also.
I am using strobe bulb to set the points.
