I arrived in India in mid-march for my visa stamping dropbox. However, on the day of landing, I found that my appointment is canceled due to COVID. As now, Trump has suspended visas till the end of 2020, I was wondering if I will be able to use this duration to become eligible for EB1C porting. I currently have an approved i140 in EB2 category. Till now I am on the US payroll. Do I need to be on Indian payroll to be eligible for Eb1c porting? What kind of evidences are required to support this porting?

Hi yash, I would like to enquire if my backlog for getting a green card would be less and faster if I am of an indian citizen but born in the UAE through the EB2 cross charge ability application.
It will be faster because as per US law, a person is chargeable to their country of birth, their country of citizenship plays no role.
Sir, I am Indian, I have a russian wife who will be in h4. Is it possible to ask my employer to file for my employment based green card on her nationality ? as she is my wife and would be my immediate beneficiary if I get greencard.

Hi, Can I apply for EB Greencard if i'm out of status.
I'm Civil Engineer, my work visa is expired, I did a lot of job experience here, i have a lot of request job by our client to design the project and they like it and significant achievement with the Engineers, they really need this kind of my job for the construction to create job, the contractors can't start the job without any design, l have a lot of experience of Bridge design, urban planning, Structural, etc. i did a lot of city permit approval, i have created a lot of as built plan required by city engineers to get permit and the client don't have any records at the city to provide, so i help the client to make an existing plan of their property, including site plan and more.
