As the owner of Harvesting Nutrition, a holistically-based nutrition company, Coleen maintains an active private practice, teaches and speaks regularly. She teaches health and nutrition classes at Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Whole Foods Market, hospitals, corporate businesses and non-profit organizations.
