I don't think 'quite a few' Lincoln Futuras were made. There was only one, which was built as a concept car in 1955. George Barris had a further 4 Batmobiles made, 3 of which were 1966 Ford Galaxies with Fibreglass bodies, the 4th was based on a 58 Ford Thunderbird.
