Freddy Knows his boxing. Olivares is a legend yet so many Mexican fighters of the past are so underrated and don't get recognize as the greatest boxers of all time. They categorize them as the "best Mexican fighters of Mexico" It's like saying Mayweather the best black fighter of Africa or America

I know Freddie very well as I was in the army with his brother Pepper. Pepper taught me how to box and we were best friends back in those days in the early 80's at Fort Bragg. I even got to meet Freddie's trainer the late grate Eddie Futch as I helped him prepare Freddie for a fight at the Boston Garden back in 81 on the undercard of Marvelous Marvin Haggler's first middleweight title defense. Man, those were the days. It breaks my heart to see Freddie like this.

Freddie is spot on. It’s one thing to beat a 34-35 year old Kovalev who was coming in on short notice. Bivol is an in prime elite fighter whose going to be fully rested. Totally different level of opposition
Bivol also never made over 375k for a fight, it's canelo unspoken condition for giving starving champions their biggest payday of their careers. He don't care about the fans or what sanctioning bodies rules are which in his case don't apply as far as mandatories.

Well, Canelo just took a 12 round beating in a one-sided fight. Unanimous decision, all three judges 115 - 113 for Bivol. Those scores were kind to Canelo too, Bivol easily outclassed him. 117-111.

Power doesn’t carry when you go up in weight. Bivol been in with punchers like Joe smith and urlov who who has ever been knocked down but hit hard and keep coming forward. But Bivol is like a welterweight on his feet he may be most technical sound boxer fighting hard to throw punched when you have a hard left jab in face that turns into a left hook at a moments notice more and more after third round. And Bivol hits harder than Canelo get myth out that Canelo hits harder, look at Canelo when he gets hit and look at Bivol expressionless as he simply moves around ring throwing combinations. Bivol is best light heavyweight There is a reason Arthur’s hasn’t fought him. He doesn’t stand in front of him. Remember Erislady and mayweather fight anyone who moves gives Canelo trouble. Sorry folks at 175 Canelo has cement feet. Should be an interesting fight hopefully no shenanigans with judging. I don’t think Canelo has power to hurt him, one of his strongest attributes is his granite chin. Remember a lighter fighter coming up and make no mistake Bivol hits very hard just watch the Joe smith bout. The wba lt hvy wt champion who he already defeated.
