Tonneau covers are a great investment for any truck. My grandpa has a nice one on his cateye duramax. When I get another truck it will be the first thing I put on it.

Nick, life changing pro tip for cutting a zip tie. Walk away from the side cutters. Score the zip tie flush with the top of where you would cut with side cutter using a knife. Fold the zip tie over then twist it like you are spinning it off. You will always cut your zip ties off flush and you will never have to worry about a sharp edge cutting you again. Especially under your hood you will thank me later.
I bought a leer hard cover before it wouldn’t let a drop of water in bed in the best car washes. It also had lifetime warranty and was strong enough I could stand and jump on it. I’m 6’4” 230lbs

I got a backflip cover, looks just like it. I love it. I like how it protects the back window when i haul stuff. Plus mine has a warning to close the gate before you lower the last panel. PS>> still waiting on some new guitar material.
Hey Nick great job on install. Just from me watching (by the way I install a lot of these), the seal you added to the cover for when leaning against the bed is actually the header seal. It was meant to go on the top of your bed under the lip seal of the cover and all the smaller pieces would go on the cover where you put there header seal. Just saying for the effect of keeping water out of your bed.

He has 2011 f150 with a fiberglass one that's now busted but since Covid hit I lost my job and he had hours cut so were stretching every $. But I had a question about the old blower from the 2018 ZL1 and if you still had it and was putting it on the truck still a possibility?????
I have a gator soft folding bed cover and I love it. I made a 6 hour road trip in the pouring rain and our luggage stayed dry. It was $250 and well worth it for the money
My wife insisted I get a tonneau cover and I didn't think I would like it. Best money she spent! My Brembo big brakes are a waste of money. The pads only lasted 38k and the pads are $400..... its a scam. They make great motorcycle brakes, trucks not so much.
These covers are not all that great. Someone can open them by sticking a tool like a flat head or prybar to reach in there and pull the wire. Not one I would recommend if you are wanting a theft proof cover . Overall good video and install. 👍
