I like that this company is building in America with quality design principles and is not seeking silly prestige pricing for audiophile product. In a perfect world this item would have a polarity switch

The signal path goes.... Analog in -> RIAA filter -> DSD Conversion ->Analog output

DSD is about as useless teat on a train wheel.
Gain in analog domain is probably cleaner than doing RIAA in DSP.

Nice! I used to live about 30 min from Natural Sound in Natick, MA on route 9. Bought a lot of stuff from them over the years. Cool that Peter is now at MoFi designing what appear to be excellent phono stages.

I like this, and I probably can't afford it. Loving my Pro-ject tube tube box.

Interesting, but what’s the go with the walnut on the turntables? That’s new

Ill have this on my list if I dont go with tubes. Or maybe get this as secondary. I love to be able to tweak on the fly, and have so much flexibility.

Low output impedance means its a better current source? You alright there, mate?
Also saying feedback based eq degrades performance, oh I don't know.
Using meters as tools is a great idea.

Okay! But is there a dsd converter in there, that’s what I like to know..

The ultimate advantage of vinyl is that it's as simple as possible, allowing you to listen as closely as possible to what's been recorded in the groove. With just a membrane and a horn, you can hear what's been recorded. So, a preamp and amp as basic as possible, so that the signal is not restricted by a multitude of components, and so that it moves the membranes of the loudspeakers, to make music.
This phono preamp is visually made up of far too many components, and personally, I don't think it's the right way to go.

:-/ so basically a phono pre with meters? Yea…. Sorry MoFI, as a collector myself, why would anyone have a need to “sit back in a chair and use a remote to select the load impedance”? How is that useful? Waste of money.

yeah although it still sounds great but true it doesnt really suit any portables tbh, youll need at least desktop amp to maximize it, or sony dap

Sorry mofi, not realistic for people who are blue collar workers, your TT though beautiful at $12,000.00 is just ridiculous. This is why the vinyl industry fades out, ridiculous pricing for not only vinyl but components
