I have been struggling when it comes to attitude or getting irritated quickly . This video came out in perfect timing . Thank for the few verses, I’ll glad meditate on them. I also meditate on Jemeriah 35 because I’m trying to have a better relationship with my mom. With the chapter it tells me how to obey when it comes to family and obeying the Lord in all. Thank for the encouragement 💕 .
I clicked on this because for a very very long time YEARS I been struggling with my anger, Irritation and frustration. I let everyone’s actions get under my skin. I really needed this video because a lot of the times the words I say aren’t encouraging or uplifting it’s just I speak the truth but now I’m understanding the point of let everything I say be Good and helpful. So thank you Leah cause I’ve been praying to God to deal with my anger issues.
Thank you for the encouraging message because I've been struggling for a month now with Anger and Frustration . This is a real eye opener to me , I don't want to grieve the Holy Spirit because of my actions .
I just wanted to say that im so thankful for God as a young teenager becuase I don’t know whati would do without him growing up especially in these times and the things i am going through with people right now. I have to admit i struggle with anger, i tend to internalize it than an outburst. But i totally need to have more work done on my heart. As a perfectionist its hard to see an imperfection (which is an illusion, because we are ALL flawed) Im too working on this im not perfect im definitely flawed! And i need Jesus just as much as anyone else.

Thanks for pointing out the anger issue. For my case it is a testimony. I’ve been asking God to show me sin that gets in the way. And anger is one of them. The moment it showed up I realized I had to rely on God’s grace in this area. I think it’s good for our weaknesses to show up so that we can be changed.

i’m so so hurt that it’s starting to come out as anger. i am such a humble empathetic and patient person, but i’m so hurt that now i am ANGRY so angry at every little thing. i feel like screaming at my family at the top of my lungs but underneath the anger there is unbearable sadness. i need comfort so badly but i don’t feel God’s comfort, a hug could do so much.. pls pray for me

When I tell you, this video came right on time! I’ve been dealing with anger issues since 2015. That year, I was extremely stressed out, got into it with my roommate and exploded! I haven’t been able to control my anger. I’m now in a similar situation, with a medical professional who is very rude. It’s taking every bone in my body to not respond to some of the comments that are thrown at me, but I’m slowly getting through it. Thanks so much for this video!

Great as always! I don't know if you take requests, but I was curious about two topics: 1. How do you still honor your mother and father as an adult? What does that look like compared to living at home as a child? 2. How do you not be a doormat? I understand that you're supposed to turn the other cheek but I do find myself getting taken advantage of and treated poorly at times. Even biblical figures were not doormats. When is it okay to assert yourself and how do you go about it?

Once I did stop talking to my young sister because she said I was ridiculous in front of someone I absolutely dislike, my younger daughter because (I thought so) she wanted more to spend time with her friends than me and almost stop talking to my older sister because she became friend with someone I seriously dislike and act indifferent towards for the way he makes me feel despite my sister told me nothing changes and she is my family, for nothing short of a miracle they forgave me, but now it is clear, I need seriously to learn how to control my anger and fill myself with God’s love and control, my wife and specially my sandbag will be happy

Thanks so much for sharing Leah! I needed to hear this. I loved the intentionality behind what you said and how you applied those verses. This topic is so easy to overlook but I am encouraged by what you said. I try to read Romans 12 daily and it talks about how we treat others. Verses 9-10 say: "Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good. Be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves."

Hey, everyone reading this👋🏾 I just ask that you’ll pray for my younger sister who hasn’t given her life to Christ. I am trying my best to lead her the right way and I wholeheartedly believe she WILL be SAVED. Please pray that the love of God will disarm her stubbornness and fear that are holding her back and that she’ll open her heart to accepting him.
