In the first combo (7+7), if you use Ashuna to get the banished Chiwen back and normal summon it, you will end up with 1 extra Chengying in your end board. You only need to provide 1 back row to let Baxia pop instead. In the second combo, if you make Halq first instead of Yazi, you don't need to discard your hand (you don't need Jet Synchron from the graveyard), but instead Baxia will have to pop up Fateful Adventure.
I really appreciate the constant grind with getting all these videos out on the same day this was all released. I do not know too much about the TCG as I am newer to yu gi oh so this is very helpful!
@@denglong7180 not really… some of the cards in MD are banned even in the OCG or only in the OCG (for example water enchantress and rite are limited to 1 in OCG).

I dropped 8,000 gems, and I *still* ended up needing to craft both Water Enchantresses to complete my load out of just the Adventure cards. Watched a *lot* of pack opening vids, and my experience of needing to dust a ton of Magikey/Rookie Warrior URs to get Adventure/Flowandereeze URs. Admittedly, I *did* get just enough URs to end up +10 UR mats net gain after making the Enchantresses, but I also hit 2 no-URs 10-packs. YMMV, but I thought my experience bore mentioning.

Whilst most decks are annoying there are quite a few decks within the higher tiers that make me think it may be unbalanced but it's somewhat diverse if you ignore the ammount of dpe and now adventurer engines...although I'm seeing dpe see less play....everyone immediately jumped to that so whilst I hate the game I love it. it's it's own format.
What I'm curious about, and will probably get fleshed out in the meta weekly's is whether or not this is the better variant of "wyrm" deck than Swordsoul Tenyi, as SST was impacted by bans in OCG and hence the adjustments to make Adventure Tenyi viable
i can say its def better because instead of the usual monster negate + 1 time omni negate you can get 1 omni negate (borreload) + another omni negate (gryphon) + another omni negate (baronne)

More Swordsouls! Definitely gonna keep an eye out on this deck. Loved playing Swordsoul Tenyi last season and now we have a new flavour with the Adventures Engine. Seems interesting for sure and I love all the combos and stuff with Galaxy Tomahawk (hoping I have one lying around but definitely can't craft it yet). In my Experience, Going first with the second combo you ended with you would want Cheng Ying and Protos in Attack and Baronne and Chaofeng in Defense position.
I was only able to pull one card for the Adventurer engine (1 Water Enchantress) so if I were to commit half of my UR material (currently only have 240) to get the full engine, this would be the deck I will use it on... Or at least a variant of it since I'm still missing some UR from it too.
Building this first as it looks fun and I have most of the cards from swordsoul just need to craft 1 UR. Then I was gonna make pranks but I'm actually gonna have a bit of fun playing evil twins first since I pulled most of what I needed for them too
how consistent is this deck tho? I run a more standard version of swordsoul tenyi for instance, and i don't run the denglong/o-lion combo because it has a few bricks/garnets

I've always loved tenyi and I would go out of my way to make the most competitive version of it, I'm definitely gonna be giving this deck a try

mo ye is mostly used as a normal summon and when you summon baxia it will only return 1 card because both Mo Ye and the token are water

The best part is that you can run the brave engine as you don't need to normal summon which sst needs to often

I think it is because I regularly end up with 3 negates using this version unlike the usual 2 with Swordsoul
