    最近有看到可口可樂出一款號稱無糖的可樂,
    我注意過它上面的成份寫著0碳水化合物
    但是喝起來卻跟真的可樂差不多

      可以做到長期少吃 已經非常厲害了
      盡量減少分量 搭配蔬菜和蛋白質
