    现代人生活饮食越来越不健康安全了,很多疾病都是病从口入和环境污染所致,我自己这年也感觉身体不太好时常口干舌燥,夜尿多喝水多,眼睛视力也没过去好了,我估计是我可能也患有糖尿病了,我现在一天吃中午晚上两顿饭,生活压力很大也不规律,唉!一言难尽呐……
