The saddest day in my professional career was when my office swapped out aerons for genero brand d-tier chairs.
Dang...could you imagine if you scooped up all those aerons?!?
Why would they? Herman Miller chairs have long support service, parts and very long warranty. What the hell.
Surprised they didn't offer people to buy them
Meanwhile... 300 aereon chairs for sale from the bosses storage unit. 600 firm.
Genero, LLC chairs are very comfortable too.
Hey Dan, don't know if you've already done a video on this, but it would be interesting to see a video comparing the various lumbar support options for the aeron. e.g. no lumbar, posturefit SL, height adjustable lumbar, and the differences between the remastered and original lumbar support options. Thanks for the great Aeron content
I agree
I just bought an Aeron remastered and I noticed something very important I want to
share. The size, A,B,C matters quite a bit it seems. I'm 6'1'' 175lbs,
and I NEEDED a size C. In some reviews, I see people with their
shoulders ABOVE the top of the backrest. The top of my shoulders are
BELOW the top of the backrest with my C. This leads me to believe they
are in a size B when then should be in a C. I think this is also what
leads people to say the seat rim bothers the back of their legs. Another
note is I have slim legs and I noticed there is not much space between
my thighs and the rim of the seat. If I had bigger thighs, I can see
this may be an issue, however for my size it cradles me perfectly. I can
even cross my legs or put one foot up on the lip with no discomfort.
The posture fit was something that needed to be dialed in (like
everything on the Aeron) and it now feels great after I dialed in the
tilt tension as well. Tilt tension I think may be the most important
thing to getting the cloud like feel on the Aeron. It is based off your
weight, which leads me to believe a larger person using a size B will
have a less than optimal experience. In converse, my much smaller
girlfriend cannot comfortably engage the lean on the size C. One last
thing, on the Aeron the forward tilt feature is dope if you are a gamer
that likes to lean forward on your keyboard and mouse. The Aeron follows
me upright and forward and then all the way back when I die and
stretch. The tilt tension adjust is truly the key to this chairs
comfort. I have it dialed in to feel like a cloud and I am truly
impressed. TLDR: The size of the Aeron seems to matter quite a bit, and I
think more people need a size C than realize. I also think wider people
may find something like the Embody more comfy due to the width of the
size C Aeron being narrow. Hope this helps you fellow chair hunters! (I have the posture fit lumbar and I really needed to adjust both the tilt tension and lumbar tension to make it feel good. I sort of can just barely feel it and that seems to be the sweet spot. )
I have always liked the Herman Miller Aeron Chair and have been familiar with all its features. I have seen two videos you posted and found them to be very thorough, detailed and informative. Thank you for a job well done. I am a new subscriber to your channel and I look forward to watching more videos from you.
Thank you for this video. Love your style and how you keep it very informational.
Came back to your video to get the link and buy the chair new. After trying out the Aeron and the Embody in store, I personally prefer the Aeron (I thought I was going to be all over the Embody).
Thank you for the quality reviews. Literally the only voice on CZcams I’ve found to be Ahnest™ and sincere. Going to definitely pick up the Atlas headrest for it as well!
Thank you for the really kind words!!!! Glad you found the right chair for you!
I like how much thought you put into the explanation of the chairs
Thank you! Appreciate that!!
Beautiful design on this chair.
awesome timing cause ive been looking for my aeron, definitely gotta look for some remastered ones.
Best of luck! Def tougher to find!
Nice video. Comprehensive and thorough. Well done! Thanks.
Thank you! Really appreciate it! Glad it was helpful!
Great review! Just ordered a full spec Aeron remastered. Was first looking at the Logitech Embody, but I'm not really into creaking noise..
Keep doing your vids, I enjoy your style and the way you make videos even if they are not fully relevant to me...I have been watching them in the background learning new stuff. :)
Thank you!!
I opened Facebook Market right after your video and found fully loaded Herman Miller Aeron Classic just for $450. It's like new, nobody use it and were keeping it in a storage. Model 2014. Very nice chair. I'll test Classic and I'm going to buy another one later, but Remastered, brand new with aluminium base which is $1700+. I used the same chair at work in the office and it's amazing.
Super excited thanks! Ahnestly can't wait few more hours to go for this giveaway, so far haven't found any cheap chair on Craigslist looks like people watch your video before posting the office chair.
Fingers crossed!!
Loving my Aeron Remastered with posture fit. I was A/B'ing it against the Leap v2 and ended up getting the Aeron from a local reseller.
I'm moving to DC in a couple days and having this would really make a huge impact on my ability to work from home
Best of luck!!! And jealous - miss DC!
Great timing on this giveaway, because I'm in the market seeking this chair. Thanks for this!
Best of luck! I vote for cake!
@@Ahnestly Haha, much appreciated!
I'm only 4'10 and this chair is perfect! 🤗I've been searching for Herman Miller's since I've been WFH. Best quality!!
I'm the same size and have always had trouble finding chairs that fit my height. Did you purchase this chair? If so, did you get the A size and have any issues with the seat depth - ie digging into the back of your legs? I have no stores nearby, so I'm worried to purchase online without actually trying it :(
@@ElenaFisher438 Same goes to me, I worried abou seat depth. I hope Size A is perfect fit for me.
great comparison. Very helpful!
Thank you for the kind words!!
So you’ve got me searching for a chair. I did what you suggested ona search and came across a steel case chair for $40. It looked beat up but I’m gonna inspect it, I still want a Herman Miller so you better believe I got the max amount of entries 👍👍 thanks for the tip. And that was only day 1 ...
Nice!!! Get it!!!!
Leap V2 is better than aeron. But aeron is like owning a Rolex watch. It's for the prestige, but it is better at cooling
Just bought a remastered. So relieved you confirmed this to stave off the post purchase anxiety.
Lol so...don't hate me but...I think I like the classic just a smidge better now...but if you have the 12 year warranty, the remastered is the way to go
@@Ahnestly whoa really? Care to elaborate?
Great review. Despite searching for months I haven't been lucky enough to find a remastered for cheap.
Yeah remastered ones are tough. I've never found one for cheap.
@@Ahnestly Got my fully decked out Remastered for $1k. Was worth it.
I live in Mexico :'(
Hope one day you become bigger to have an international giveaway.

One day!!!
Just closed on an Aeron for $375, thanks so much for all of your help!
Nice!!! Congrats!
I need this chair soooo bad! I've been putting off neck surgery as long as I can! That chair and headrest would help so much!
Best of luck!!!
Perfect! Thank you!

Another awesome video. Don’t know why I love these😂. Entered to win tho, I’ve been eyeballing the remastered ever since you turned me onto this chair.
You can have my classic Aeron if you win...that way you'll appreciate the Remastered more later :-D hahahah jk thank you for your support!!!
Find your video very useful. Such a sweet give away, Finally a chance to get a new chair. Good luck every one.
Thank you! Best of luck everyone!!!
Oh man, I saw this was from three weeks ago and thought I was too late, but luckily there's a few days left. There's still hope! lol
Good luck!!!
Well.. I was in the market for a new chair... because of your channel, I decided to purchase an Aeron all decked out. I hope I actually like it when it shows up. I also watched more of your videos and ordered an Atlas headrest (which literally shows it shipped like 20 minutes ago). Im excited to finally have a good chair I should be able to sit on for hours every day.
Let me know how it goes!!
@@Ahnestly Ive received my headrest from Atlas.. but my fulfillment date for my chair has been pushed out to March.. :( still excited to get it though.
@@Ahnestly Got my chair today... finally. I believe they had some sort of mix up. I contacted them mid week last week and the chair arrived today. Honestly, I love it. I had the Atlas Headrest here ready to go one. Took 2 minutes to install. The Aeron lives up to its name. Super comfortable. I can lean back and its comfortable enough I could likely nap in it. Best office purchase I think I've ever made. Hopefully I feel the same in a couple weeks :) Thanks again for the review. It was the defining factor when deciding which chair to purchase.
Great review
Thank you!!! Appreciate it!!!
I just bought a Classic with the Taps for $300 and I love it.
nice!!!
Just picked up a fully loaded excellent condition classic last week for equivalent $600 US, that’s how much fully loaded classic goes for in my area since HM is not as common. Though I forgot to check the pad gahhh and when I touch it it starts to crumble but if I don’t it’s fine. Wish I can get a remaster but I am very happy with the classic so far. Thanks for your videos!
Congrats on the find and sorry to hear it's sparse where you're at! Sounds like a possible business opportunity though...
ey buddy, good catch there as long as everything else is fine! you can get yourself a new seat cushion and swap it out for the old one! the cushion itself comes with the needed fixings so you just need to get the old one out!
This is the most underrated giveaway on youtube lol
Lol better chances for everyone!!!
I really hope I win!!! Either way, thank you for this opportunity!
So kind! Best of luck!!!
Great video. Subbed ages ago. Watched a few over the last couple of months before I bought my mint fully loaded classic size C on eBay. Mine is dated from 2007, so it has those tapper latches for moving the armrests, and not the rotating cog ones on the older models.
Having spoken to a few refurbishment companies, I was told the build quality of the older aluminum classic models was more durable, in comparison to the newer plastic remastered ones. Apparently, this was why the remastered versions only have 3 recline positions.
It could have been a cost-saving exercise, or a conscious pivot to be more eco-friendly. Or maybe a genuine belief that it was better to only have 3 recline positions. Personally, I prefer the infinite positions for reclining on the classic. The only real drawback to them is the number of times you have to rotate the right recline adjustment knob with your wrist compared to the quicker remastered models...
Great vid, keep up the good work!
Been looking for an Aeron for weeks now, they go quick on Craigslist when they are priced to sell. Hopefully I can win this! Thanks man
Exactly! Best of luck!!!
And they might even be actual Aerons and not fakes!
Hey man, great content and review. Subbed.
Edit:
Question: Can the standard adjustable Lumbar support be installed on a Remastered Aeron that's factory equipped with the Y-shaped Posturefit SL?
As you pointed out in the video, Herman Miller uses a different framework on the Remastered Aerons to accomodate the Posturefit SL mounting mechanism.
Would the regular horizontal adjustable lumbar support be compatible if you just want to "downgrade" and swap out fromthe Posturefit SL equipped remastered Aeron? Thanks in advance
That's a good question, but unfortunately, am not sure
Hey Ahnest just discovered you a few days ago after obtaining a Classic Aeron for a good price. Your videos are great and... honest lol. Do you recommend the Lumbar Support or the PostureFit Support? I currently have the Lumbar but the PostureFit has been enticing.
I personally like the posturefit, but some people swear by the pad. The lumbar sits on the bottom part only so keep that in mind!
I've been browsing for days to get a great chair in a good price. So, hope in this giveaway.
Good luck! :) :)
I have the Posture Fit SL, It's really nice, hurts in the beginning but it's supposed to..
It makes you sit correctly, I have it on maximum cuz else I don't feel it, but it is great nonetheless :)
Interesting...would love to try one myself!
From looking up "chair" on craigslist to giving one away! lol Love your videos man hope I win.
Thank you!!!! Best of luck!!
Keen on getting the remastered, do you have any opinions on the seat angle adjustment and whether or not its worth it? I don't think you've covered this in your other videos, I may be wrong though!
I covered this in my original how to get an aeron for cheap video. I personally don't care for it, but a lot of people have chimed in saying they like it for the following reasons: 1 - bad/weak knees to help get out of the chair. 2 - developers/artists use it to lean forward and helps relieve some back pain.
This chair looks comfortable I did everything though ❤️
Nice! Good luck!!!
i bought mine just last 2 weeks ago and still on the store for pick up since i cant go cause im in the province. cant wait to use my remastered aeron chair.
What are the policies where you're at?
@@Ahnestly well we can travel within the city but when we need to travel a different city we should take a medical test and have a travel pass.
Dang intense. Where are you located?
philippines man. and the place i need to get it is at least 112 miles and theyre the only one whos a certified herman miller distributor so i got no choice.
love your video and finally pulled the trigger.
Do you really need the lumbar support for the remastered Aeron or can you get away with nothing?
I would recommend getting a lumbar for the additional support. It feels great, but I believe it's cheaper if you get it up front
@@Ahnestly thanks. Yes, I ordered from the authorized dealer and they said it’s $35 + tax, so I’m gonna order it anyways
My main concern for buying one of these is the forward tilt. Trying it in the store, it was such a game changer on the Remastered. I heard the Classic also has it in some cases, and I'm considering a used Classic with tilt vs a Remastered (also since the used market is extremely small where I live). I'm an upright tasker and really would benefit a lot from the chair following forward and supporting me more actively, but I just can't stretch to the $1900ish that a Remastered would cost me with tilt.
Not sure where you're located, but in the states it's a little les at $1,500 USD. If Amazon has the classic version with the forward tilt, that might be the path to go since you'll spend less $$!
subbed and entered! desperately trying to pick one of these up, but struggling finding one.
I hear ya! Best of luck in your search and with this contest!!
@@Ahnestly You are telling me. Been looking and most people I see selling chairs know they have a HM and aren't letting go for cheap.
After my two tailbone surgeries, my rear end would be extremely happy sitting on this for 10+ hours a day! *fingers crossed*
Fingers crossed!!!
Didn't win, obviously, but ended up buying a Ergo3D by Nouhaus.. I've only had it a day, but wow am I happy with what this chair offers for the price. We will see how it holds up long term!
@@SchleyU How is it? I don’t think the Aeron works for me aswell :(
great video! subsribed
Thank you!!!
Been debating on whether or not to buy one, hopefully I can win this one .
Best of luck!!!
Hope I win this, I've been saving money on buying a used herman miller chair but recently my grandpa has been diagnosed with lung cancer and all of my savings went towards him. Thank you for hosting this giveaway!
Sorry to hear about your grandpa...prayers for full recovery! Best of luck!
Ahenst do you know if I were to buy the posturefit SL kit with the backrest if it would be compatible with my Herman Miller premium chair (the same one that you have in the video) just subbed btw!
That is a great question, and tbh, I don't know. Try asking in the HM subreddit or even the HM discord!
hey man, great video! in the uk there are 2 armrest materials, standard vs leather. would you say the leather is worth it, in terms of use and resale value?
Thanks as always!
Nope! It’s a luxury add on for sure!
I was kind of bummed out after paying all the $$$ for the remastered version at first. I felt like it was really uncomfortable on my legs. However, This chair has got me actually sitting more correctly, and forcing me to have a much more corrected posture.
I hands down love this chair! and if something happened to it i would without any hesitation buy another one! I did upgrade the headrest to the Atlas version. Which i felt was a little bit pricey, but worth it.
That’s what it’s about. Corect posture. ❤❤❤
@ahnestly did you see any difference with the tilt on a basic rather then a upgraded tilt for the remastered? Looks like the one you have is the basic one without the second knob
I know there's a difference in tilt (infinite versus 3 set stages), but I didn't think it was that drastic of a difference to mention.
Ahnestly thank you for the response
Lovely review! How tall are you btw?
Awesome video! You make great content and you have a real talent for reviewing. If I win I’ll pay the additional to ship to Toronto! (: 🇨🇦
Thank you! Appreciate it!
Over a period of say 5-10 years, will the mesh become saggy? If yes, how to reduce the sagginess of old aeron?
Can you do a video on how you adjust you aeron? I am curious on how to find the right setting for me
When will we get a review by Ahnestly (aka Mr. Aeron) on the Aeron stool? The Aeron chair has already been reviewed in great detail, but what about the stool?
Is there a link for entering the giveaway or do you want us to use the Amazon links you have provided?
It's in the video description!
How typical! I'm in the market for a new chair, and I have a strong interest in the Herman Miller Aeron Remastered, so it's just par for the course that I should stumble upon this video shortly after the giveaway has ended. I guess, I'll add my two cents in for the differences between the two versions of the Aeron chair.
One major difference between the two versions I found surprising it wasn't touched upon is the recline pivot point location. It has been moved further back on the Remastered. This provides a tilt that requires less physical force to rock in the chair. This will be most noticeable when tilting from a reclining position to an upright position. Also, upon sitting down in the Classic, the seat tilts back to some degree, where this is no longer the case with the Remastered.
The lumbar support on the Remastered version is improved, along with the PostureFit SL sacral/lumbar support system as well.
Available as an upgrade option on the Remastered, which was not available on the Classic, is depth adjustment on the arm pads, meaning they can be moved forwards and backwards. The arm pads themselves have been redesigned to be softer, more resilient to cracking, and built more in the style of a single unit.
The tilt lock feature seems more like a downgrade on the Remastered with only 3-position tilt lock, while the Classic features an infinite tilt lock.
There are a few other minor differences that the video does not cover, and neither will I, for they are relatively minor with no effect to the chair's functionality nor it's comfort.
Perhaps some day soon, I will either be fortunate enough to come across a really good deal on a used unit and successfully snag it up before anyone else, or I'll just finally succumb to the extreme nastiness of bending over for Herman Miller, and placing an order for a brand new chair. Ouch!
This is exactly right! I didn't realize about the pivot position! That's why it feels so different!! I also found out about the arm adjusts after!
I am curious what is the size your Aeron Chair? I am inclined to go for A size as my body weight and height is in Size A/B range. Not sure if I will regret taking A, size B has slightly larger width, perhaps more space to move around! But I am assuming the depth will be different for both?
If you fall in the middle between A and B, get a B.
Hi Ahnestly! Thanks for posting videos for my edification on Aeron chairs. So informative! Quick question, I’m chatting with someone on Facebook market hoping to buy a brand new Aeron at $950 with all the adjustable components and posture fit lumbar. They claimed their chair is “new” and comes with 10y warranty but is “not a remastered”. Is Herman Miller still selling new Classic Aeron? Or is my seller confused about remastered vs classic and is ACTUALLY selling a remastered version? (Already shoot them this question as well) So many questions, I know! But pleeeease shed some truth for me b/c you’re The AHNESTY! 😁
Appreciate the really kind words! do NOT buy a $950 non remastered Aeron. New classic aerons are hard to find, but fully loaded remastered aerons can sell for $1,000 or less during sales and on Amazon
@@Ahnestly Hey Ahnestly!
I wanted to update you on my Aeron quest. I ended up finding a better deal from another Facebook Market seller (replied to me 1mo later, better late than never). Paid $740 to happily sit on my remastered Aeron 2020 Size A fully loaded-sans headrest 😝 waiting for another giveaway competition from truly you. Thanks for posting your videos. Keep on Ahnestly-ing!
When is your next give away sir! Fan here from Philippines. Good luck and keep safe
Question, I was looking at an ad for a remastered however the tilt side knob is different than the ones I have seen online, it has a knob but it looks like the knob is either missing an additional piece on top of it? where it has a depressed area for your finger to grip? If looking at the chair on a screen straight up that knob would be to the right (the tilt knob) thanks.
Got my classic with the Atlas headrest, I'm not loving the upper back support on the classic. I feel I have to sit at too laid back an angle to get upper back support which results in me sitting in a less productive position to game/work. It looks like they fixed this on the remastered however to get a remastered at a reasonable price in South Africa is near impossible. My classic was around $450 I can only imagine a remastered will be over double that. I'm trying to resolve this upper back support by buying a small back support cushion to place toward the top of the chair.
Very interesting. The bends back a bit forcin you to sit upright versus leaning back on it. The embody provides more upper back support if that’s what you’re after!
I looked at a used Aeron with the metal base and I had the feeling it makes quite a lot of sound when moving around. I am wondering if this was something that could be fixed with new wheels or if I should go for the remastered with plastic base?
I think new wheels could help, but I do think some metal clangs around.
Do you see a difference in the adjustable arms. I saw that the remastered is a basic one without the pivot inward, do you happen to see that feature is missed?
So not 100% sure I understand the question - are you saying do I miss not having adjustable arms? I talk about that briefly in the video...I did really miss the adjustable arms and it's the only option I personally would say is absolutely necessary
why is the remastered aeron in your link cheaper than clicking through the site?
I'm not exactly sure what you mean by that. You mean the one on Amazon?
@@Ahnestly my comment keeps getting deleted because I put a dot com link but just go to the site itself (not your link) and click until you get to the aeron page. There is a price difference between clicking through the website to get to the aeron page vs your link
That's really weird. It might be because of the options you've selected? In any case, I know my link is legit, so if you get a better price, by all means, use it!!!
I can get referb classic mk2 posturefit fully loaded for around £520 and a refurb remaster posturefit sl fully loaded from HM outlet for £980. Idk if its worth nearly double for remaster?
If you find yourself liking the classic, don’t worry yourself about getting a remastered! Not all that different
@@Ahnestly i dont have either. First time buyer.
just got a fully loaded classic today for 500 USD it's a bit expensive because it has the old armrest so pre-2005 but everything on it is in excelent condition other than the wheels that ill be changing then they arrive and oh man is it confortable i never thought id say this one day but i don't regret paying 500$ for a 16 year old chair ,they are made like a tank apparently also im in canada so there literally no used stock and prices are higher here for some reason ,exemple in a 500km radius near montreal theres 2 for sale 1 for 1000$ and another classic basic model for 550 usd
Nice find!!!
really crossing my fingers for this
Me too!!
Thoughts on a Herman Miller Remastered for $550? It comes with the posturefit however, no tilt and just height-adjustable arms and carpet casters. Think I should pull the trigger or hold out for a better deal? Seller has five so I’m assuming it was previously used at an office. Mesh looks new. Thanks!
I say do it. I keep my remastered unlocked and swivel arms not necessary!
Lol I got a remastered fully loaded with regular lumbar support for $350, it was a steal
... what!?!? Gah so lucky!!!
I would happily take any of them. I really want to sit comfortably while doing work. I hope I win 🤞🏻
Best of luck!!!!
@@Ahnestly how and when will you announce the winner?
I'll announce it on all social and send an email. The winner will have 3 days to respond before a new winner is picked.
How are the vinyl arms on the remastered? Are they good, or would you recommend upgrading to the leather? Thanks!
Good question - I think vinyl is perfectly fine. Leather is nice, supple, and soft though!
@@Ahnestly Thanks! It's probably personal preference then I guess? Think I'll go with the vinyl, most people seem to recommend it over the leather!
I have the classic and when I sit it get down a bit , is it normal or is there a way to fix it?
I'm looking to buy a classic areon due to price but I can only sit in a remastered at my local store, is the downgrade in comfort really noticeable ?
Some people actually said they prefer the classic! It's all preference - I think you'd be happy either way, but even happier if your wallet was happier
In the area where I am living, there is no people selling Aeron chair. As a student, it’s a little too much to buy a new one:(
:-( sorry to hear that! One day!!
Would love to buy used chair from you with reasonable price, is there a link for that?
I'd love to sell these things, but I don't have time to do so. Best of luck!
I got a fully loaded remastered aeron for $700 today!
Nice!!!
What is the difference between the diamond-patterned pellicle mesh that you see in the Aeron Classic that are on sale now and the more common vertical one?
Nothing! Just aesthetics
I just purchased a used aeron remastered size c with the PostureFit for a great price. Chair looked to be in perfect condition and checked everything out. When I got home I noticed whenever I leaned all the way back the seat pan would rub into the seat back mesh. Is there an adjustment I can make to move the seat pan forward slightly?
I think there is bc it definitely shouldn't do that. Unfortunately, I am not the man for repairs... I'd look up a video on how to replace the seat and see if you can deduce anything from that!
Ahnestly thanks I’ll do that. Your videos helped a lot with my decision to buy an aeron and I was able to find this deal off of Craigslist from your recommendation. Thanks!
Do you have a link for where to get a fully loaded classic for $450?
btw nice vid!!
Thnk you!!
Nice
Do you know if the Graphite glass-filled nylon chassis performs worse than the polished aluminum chassis? I bought the Graphite nylon plastic one but I wonder if I should cancel the order?
No doesn't matter whatsoeever!
Can we get your thoughts about rollerblade-style caster upgrades like Stealtho?
I've heard really good things about them, but not sure why you would want to change up casters unless it was to accomodate a different kind of flooring? The aeron casters are really good and you can get them for relatively cheap!
Ahnestly no doubt regular HM casters do a fine job but constantly have to keep them clean otherwise they accumulate a lot of dust/hair. So I'm curious if these casters can solve the problem.
My only worry is about their reliability. Read a lot of feedback regard wheels failing after weeks/months due to bearings falling out. Not specific to the Stealtho though.
does @ahnestly or anyone here know if
-Size B and Size C armrests are interchangeable (like they are all the same size)
-if i can take the tilt lock from one chair and give it to another.
thanks!
I'm not too sure :-( may want to ask Crandalloffice!
Hi, im wondering why you prefer the classic (as you mentioned in a previous comment) over the remastered? thank you!
Lol jeez youre blowing up my phone! The build quality (classic is metal and remastered is plastic in the gear mechanism under the chair) and bc I prefer the lower back support bc that's where most of my pain is
@@Ahnestly Oh okay, I thought that the remastered version's posture fit sl or lumbar adjustable also had lower back support? do you just prefer the adjustable lumbar support or old posture fit of the classic?
My bad for blowing up ur phone lol XD
The remastered has more vertical reach but not nearly as much support on the lower back. If you look at them, the original was wide but low, the new one is narrow but goes higher. To me personally, the classic feels better
@@Ahnestly ok, thank you! for the classic do u prefer the adjustable lumbar or the posture fit classic? Also, you mentioned in a previous video that the mesh felt nicer on the remastered- does that make a huge difference in comfort compared to the classic to you?
I'd happily pay for shipping to the UK, cheaper than buying one!
On a serious note, could I? Because I would 100%
A for effort, but I don't think it'll be worth it. To ship it across like 4 states here in the U.S. costs around $350US. Imagine what overseas would be...
Do you prefer embody or Aeron
3:50 I wish I had seen this before I got three size B Herman Miller Aeron chairs from Craigslist yesterday. I checked and now I see that all three of them have the crumbly front padding. Will it be easy for me to replace that padding if I buy the padding from Amazon? What will I need to do to replace the padding?
$10 each! Check Amazon or eBay
@@Ahnestly nice! Then I have to find a way to get rid of the chair's plastic-y smell because it will give me a headache if I stay around it too long. That will be perfect!
Hello, I just took delivery of the remastered Aeron chair. My only complaint is that I should of opted for the adjustable armrests. My other issue is the size of the seat pan. I find that the outer sides of my thighs are being pushed up by the curvature of the seat pan which I'm very aware of when I sit. I'm 5"8" 220 lbs. Do you think if I went with the C size this would be an issue. I watched another video and they say if you fall between size B or C you should go with C. This might be a deal breaker for me.
I think you should def check out the C - the seat pan is much bigger! If not, could mean the Aeron just isn't for you!
@@Ahnestly do you think the Steelcase Leap might be a good alternative 🤔
I want one
Me too bud. Me too.
